Actually these people, though unable to resolve my computer problem, have been very helpful and responsive about getting me a refund. My problem has been with Angie's List who is supposed to issue the refund to me. I cannot evaluate the actual computer service since we were unable to establish a remote connection. Their customer service has been very helpful.

He was excellent. He gave me honest appraisal of how much I should spend on the repair of one laptop and really I got a two for one price because he fixed another laptop that was not even part of the deal that I paid for. Overall, excellent service. I will use them again

They were great. They are located in another state and would have to remotely fix my issue through internet which I don't have access to, now.

Cyber team responded quickly to my order. My husband was able to fix the computer, so we didn't need the service after all. If the refund goes well, I will be very pleased with everything.

It was fine and helped me out a lot. I was helped via remote location. I had a lot of things on the computer and they got rid of it for me. He gave me more than my money’s worth, and I have no complaints.

Al was great! He responded quickly to my inquiry, coming out to our house 2 days later. He was able to determine that the fixing our computer was not really feasible, due to the nature of the problems. He was able to set up a new computer for us, and transfer the files from our old computer to the new one. Since I had so many files to transfer, Al even went out on his own time and purchased a cable kit for me, so that I could continue the transfer after he left. He came to our house 2 times, even though he lived almost an hour away, charging us the same initial rate for the second hour (second visit) as well. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and his technical know-how. We would highly recommend his services, and will call him immediately, if we run into any computer problem in the future.

He advised me of hardware problems and told me that if they persisted I'd need to replace the computer.

The appointment was easy to arrange, the tech showed up as scheduled, did his arranged task and was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. A job well done.

My computer was hijacked by the Trovi virus. Ran very slow, would only load portions of some web pages. It changed my home page to their home page. I use my computer 10-12 hours per day to find and order parts. I purchased a deal from from Cyber Team Solutions on July 2, they made a appointment for July 3. They called on time, took control of my computer and 1 hour later I was back online with faster performance than when my computer was new. The IT Tech Al was a pro, easy to deal with and did a fantastic job. If I need help in the future I will only use Cyber Teams.

The service went well. The technician was very cooperative, but he was not able to solve the problem. I ended up solving the issue myself. The technician did work very hard and even came back for a follow up free of charge. It was pretty easy to schedule an appointment with them.

It went well. Al arrived on time and was very professional, even with the most basic questions. He stayed an hour longer than originally planned, and charged a smaller amount for the additional hour than was listed in the offer.

He was very pleasant. He did not fix the problem completely, however he dramatically helped find solutions to solve the problem. He gave several suggestions, which ended up allowing me to fix the original problem. He advanced my knowledge of the possible problems on hand to allow me to eventually find someone else to help resolve the problem. He pointed out certain problems that could be causing the computer to run slow which ended up helping solve the problem later down the road. He was very professional and did follow up with me after wards.

The provider had to trouble-shoot my laptop problems over the phone (different state) and had to overcome countless obstacles just to get in to see my screen. He was knowledgeable about different tools in IE, Firefox, and Chrome (probably more, but those are all the browsers I have downloaded on my machine) and talked me through several processes to get so he could do the work himself. Friendly, thorough, and did much more than $59 worth of work, in my opinion.

I emailed them and did not get a response. I assumed that they were no longer in business. Sometime later, they had another Big Deal that ran offering more computer services. I was surprised to see that they were still around when they had not responded to my inquiry.

Al was wonderful. He arrived right on time, and immediately began to diagnose the problems we had been having with our computer. He ran multiple programs, corrected all the bugs that were infecting the computer and we are now up and running like new again.

Once the appointment time was made, the gentleman patiently walked us through each step to solve the issue. He ended up having to remove past downloads in order to be able to get rid of the problem since the laptop would not even connect as needed. The gentleman had to stay on the phone longer than the appointed time to complete the process. He also suggested what we could do in the future to prevent this from happening again.

For a service that has received an "A", I can only assume that other customers were never told of the situation with the $59 charge. Yes, you paid (and so did I) $59 with the promise of taking care of whatever the problem was with your computer. However, after the time was up, I still felt something was wrong - and I went back to the original contact made with Angie's List, paid about 3 times as much but the work was great. When I confronted Cyber Solutions and wanted a refund, I was told that 1. They did the job as i specified. I argued that since they're the professionals, it's up to them to a**** the situation and try to find all the problems and not whatever I felt was wrong. I'm not the expert - they're supposed to be the expert. 2. The $59.00 is only for an hour. Cyber Solutions KNEW more work needed to be done (after I told him what another company had performed), but Cyber Solutions NEVER told me this and therefore, any extra money was never mentioned. I was never given the opportunity upfront to decide whether they should look deeper into my computer or not. I consider this false advertising. It's fairly obvious from the "deal" that customers would have no reason to doubt things would get fixed,but unless the customer has someone else go over things, this "deal" never becomes sour. When I told Cyber that they MUST give the customer the option of more work, I was told (and I quote) "that's a good idea"

Bought a deal for one hour of work and had to pay for the additional hours but it was worth it. Tech was great that helped me out. Super patient as he spent three hours on the phone/computer trying to fix. Very thorough! Would recommend and use again!

It was an interesting process. He (with my permission) downloaded teamviewer so he can remotely fix the computer. He then downloaded Anti-Malware and started the process of finding what was on my computer that was not suppose to be there. He removed all malware threats and any popup adds. My computer is working great.
