From the moment the plumber start working was almost evident lack of common sense mesures. Prepare a bucket just in case, bring inside towels, cut the water supply. After that whole experience was not something that I will call done by a profesional. Very amateur work for a $480 charge for installing a kitchen faucet.

Service was performed professionally in short time.

Drains were cleared, including outside drain at lower door. A removable piece of "pipe" was then affixed by clamps to bathroom sink drain, as the technician said "so we can open up the area quickly in case this happens again." I'm not sure that was the best idea, just accepted this as he was the expert, not me. That was the only piece of new anything that was replaced. The job took two hours. The price tag: $660. I wrote to the company and asked for an explanation regarding their fee, but I received no response.

Suma was excellent. Joseph arrives on-time and did excellent work. I recommend them.

He did a great job. We called on a Saturday morning at 9:40 and he was there by 10:30. He installed a new trap and snaked the clogged line all the way through to the basement. He was professional and very nice.

No show. When called, did not bother to call and say they had run into an issue. Person I called seemed highly disorganized.

He showed up early. and unclogged the system. We have not had any problems since he came out. Another company had charged us twice and were still having issues. Suma Is the besssst.

Lal is a fantastic plumber. I have used his services for repairing my main line due to root damage, installing new toilets, and installing a new water heater. He is consistent in quality of service, offering fair prices, and always on time and professional. Highly recommended.

Everything went very well and my problem was identified. My problem, the water in the basement toilet bowl would not fill up all the way. I previously snaked the toilet and had the insides of the toilet tank replaced. Also, when I removed the toilet there was no water showing in the pipes so I thought is was a vent problem. New plumbing was installed when my home was renovated in 2016. This problem showed up the end of 2019. Mr. Lal from Suma said right away that it was not a vent problem so he snaked the pipes, found no roots and then placed a camera down through the pipes to show me that my floor pipes, under my concrete floor, were not level to the connecting pipes thereby when the toilet was flushed, water remained in the pipes under the floor. His camera also showed me that although there was water remaining in the pipes under the floor that there was no standing water in the cast iron pipes leading to the street. Mr. Lal told me that the toilet will work as long as no one places any large objects, paper towels, or wipes in the toilet. But to fix the problem would require replacing and leveling the pipes.

Lal Mawia, owner of Suma Plumbing & Drain Cleaning LLC, contacted me right after I submitted my request to Angie's List. Lal came by on Friday, June 12, went over exactly what needed to be done as far as replacing rusted out pipes in the basement and installing the new toilet. He came back on Monday, June 15, at exactly 8:00 a.m. (the time he told us on June 12 he would come by). He and his helper got right to work, and everything was completed by 11:30 a.m. We are planning on having Lal replace the old faucets on our bathtub. Ahhh, the joys of owning an older house.

The plumber snaked out my drain and got everything working again. It was a difficult job, but he persevered and worked on the problem until it was solved.

Lal came on time and examined the issue. He returned later that day with a new drain assembly and installed it. He checked for leaks. There were none.. The job was clean and neat. He did an outstanding job.

This went very well! Lal was prompt, gave a reasonable quote, and as soon as we agreed on the price, he got right to work and replaced my exterior faucet, and interior shutoff valve. He was done in an hour, and we even discussed some possible future work. I am very pleased with his service, will use him again, and recommend to others!

Lal called to schedule with me promptly after I submitted a request for quote and showed up decked out in gloves and a mask and removed his shoes for safety without my asking. I felt like I had one less thing to worry about and he did a great job describing what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and he quoted me a reasonable price!

Lal did an amazing job with installing the Watts hot water recirculating pump that I purchased to resolve the delay I have with hot water reaching my master bedroom. Price was reasonable, too. Job was done in 90 mins and they were courteous by removing their shoes without me having to ask either! Would highly recommend for any plumbing work!!

It was a difficult job, but LAL MAWIA had the expertise and knowledge to repair and replace my drainage pipe. I will be using LAL for all of my plumbing issues going forward.
