Kap was extremely responsive on the phone to give a quotation with a very compettive price. He arrived on time, and worked effectively to finish and do everything in a professional way. The work quality was excellent and very clean. We are realy happy with the water heater he installed.

Kap called me within a minute after I submitted a request for a quote. After providing details of the services, what they offered, and the estimated cost, I decided to go with Kap and Joseph Plumbing. Kap and Zuala were courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They installed my new water heater, fixed a couple of other plumbing issues that they saw during the installation process, and were excellent overall with their service. For anyone skeptical about hiring a plumber, I highly recommend Kap and his team at Joseph Plumbing. I def am a customer for any future plumbing needs.

They did the job very quickly and professionally. I personally thought what they charged was a little high, but given that they called me within 10 minutes of requesting a quote at 8:00 at night and was available to give me an estimate by 9:30am the next morning on a non-emergency call.

Kap and crew were the most professional that I could have hoped for! So flexible when it came to scheduling and prompt when the appointment was made. They were thorough and courteous throughout the process. They diagnosed the problem with the first visit and completed repairs quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them. The repair work went fine. It is inside an apartment of a high rise building. The work needed total shutdown of water system, so the coordination was important between plumber, condo owner and condo management. Kap communicated professionally and maintained the time line to get the job done.

Joseph Plumbing is a RIP OFF. They take advantage of women. Feel free to contact me 240.381.9986 if you want further details. I feel their charge of $600 of work was a HUGE RIP OFF, gave me 90 day warranty. Ironically 12 days after the warranty the faucet handle is loose and the drain is leaking. I contacted them and the are blaming me that the new cartridge they place went bad. And suggest I should replace a new system which they will pocket $1,110 more out of my pocket. They are out for money only. I feel sad that they were not interested to make this right.

I would give them an A++ if possible. Kap and his crew were punctual, hard-working on a beastly hot day and cleaned up beautifully. Now we no longer have a swamp in our lawn from the sump pump discharge. Versatile--Skillful at plumbing, laying pipe in lawn, cutting sidewalk and curb, and restoring concrete. Great job!

We had water pooling under our kitchen sink. Kap was able to come the same day, figured out what was causing the leak, and replaced our kitchen faucet with one he had in stock that looked very similar.

Kap did a great job all around. I originally had him come out to assess why the water heater wasn't working (no hot water). He determined that the unit (15 years old) needed to be replaced. He also pointed out that the system is not up to code and some extra work would be required. I asked if he would be able to do the new install and asked if he could do it sooner than later, as cold showers for days (even one more) would not be fun. He ended up coming back out same day - about 6pm - with all parts and the new unit. He stayed until 11pm! to get the job done. Kap is fantastic. He's knowledgeable, professional, and very nice person. Highly recommend.

Kap did a great job. We needed three different problems fixed and he resolved all of them for us in an afternoon. We were especially happy with his quick response since we were concerned about the leaking toilet causing more damage inside the walls.

Excellent. Wanted an inspection to test for noisy pipes. They reduced water pressure and also checked the expansion tank on the water heater. Problems fixed in a few minutes.

Excellent job! Highly recommend Kap! He was available when I needed him. Gave me an excellent price. Made an extra repair that another plumber said would cost another $100 or more to correct with my under counter, extra large sink and Kap didn't charge me extra than the quoted price. His way of fixing it was a far less invasive and time consuming solution! It was perfect. Very professional and personable from the beginning to the end. Wonderful! I received a quick response, a reasonable estimate and thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done; workers were prompt and performed the service expeditiously.

The crew quickly and accurately diagnosed the problems and made the repairs quickly. They knew what they were doing. However, I do believe the price was high; however, I needed the work done so I agreed to it. However, Angie's List/Home Advisor was never authorized to contact any company since I had not clicked on the required prompt. In addition, in this review request they indicate that Stang plumbing was the contractor; however, the work was done through Joseph Plumbing and Drain, LLC. The handling of this by Angie's list/Home Advisor makes me hesitant to use their services again. Never heard of Stang.
