Darren cox the representative for Penwin was very courteous and he explained everything that was to be done. The crew that they sent out was very good and they were also very courteous . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new roof.

Project was delayed one week due to weather conditions. However, once project began, it was completed w/in a day. Their resource, Darren Cox, was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He provided excellent customer service from beginning to end.

I really appreciated working with Pen Win from start to finish. Mark Lopes worked with me on how I could accomplish my most immediate goals even though I could not afford to install the entire roof yet. Pen Win was very professional and personable, the workers who performed the roof installation were quick and the job was performed well, and they cleaned up all of their debris when they were complete. Everyone responded well to my 20 lb guard dogs. They completed the job ahead of schedule. I plan to use them again and recommend their services.

I am a 68 year-old female, living on social security, and thought this company would be a great match to repair my garage roof. I was very impressed with salesmen Darren and Ray, and was quoted a fair price for the job. HOWEVER, when problems arose with the contract, I was forced to deal with the owner, Horace Pennix. He was extremely disrespectful to me, very rude, unprofessional, and seemed to have little knowledge of roofing. Within 5 minutes of being here, instead of saying how sorry he was that a problem had come up with the contract and how could we compromise and get the job done, he said the damage was much more extensive than he thought, he couldn't possibly do the job for the price quoted, and he WOULD SEE ME IN COURT! I was willing to compromise to get the job done - HE WOULD NOT. It took 5 days to install the roof - contract promised 1 day. He never apologized for his behavior, the problem with the contract, or the job taking so long. Despite all the problems, the actual 2 roofers, Jonas and Carlos, did a very nice job on the roof. But all things considered, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

We purchased a door prior to hiring Pen Win. The hardware that came with the door didn't fit and the installers had to make adjustments. They were very accommodating and made the necessary adjustments to complete the job. We were very pleased with the installation. Clean up from uncrating the door and sidelites has room for improvement. Overall we were pleased with the work.

This job consisted of replacing an old obsolete insulated aluminium siding with an insulated vinyl siding on the entire house. The former saleman mis-communictaed this information to the company owner Horace Pennix. They were going to use a standard siding with a separate insulation board. Upon bringing this to the attention of Horace Pennix the job was haulted and re-evaluated. Horace Pennix offered several alternates to correct the job. Horace was determined to make it right. The correct siding was installed and it is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. I can tell the installers take pride in their work because many times they would ask me if I like what they were doing, and if I was satisfied. And I was. Thank you "Luis and crew". Thank you Horace.
