I definitely would not recommend this place. It's full of false advertisement and rude workers. The facility does not do shuttles, as mentioned on their website. If you come get a repair, they do a diagnostic of $170, but then they tax on around $25 for "shop fees." When you try to get a manager to discuss their false advertisement tactics, your complaints fall onto deaf ears. If they are willing to do this to Nissan owners, imagine what they would do to screw over new Nissan owners. Currently, I have waited 2 days for a sensor to be fixed. A mere sensor. When you call them, they say, “calling us won’t make it change it quicker.” Yet, they quoted me yesterday when I decided to do my services here. After revisiting to check on my vehicle, service became even more horrific. After I wrote a negative google review, Mr. Scott Steinberg, came to me at the dealership, giving his unprofessional, unsolicited opinion about my review. He ended his comments with, "well you ruined it. you made a decision, and you will live with it." After working with this dealership, I learned that even the service manager (bald white larger man who has a slight temper) refuses to follow NHTSA bulletins. Instead, he would make recommendations that will only increase your bill. Instead of following the recommendations (which involved a seized EGT sensor), he recommended replacing the entire manifold (which would cost additional $1700). When I suggested the NHTSA bulletin, he states, "that's it." He grabbed my paperwork and went towards the payment desk, "you can take your stuff to another dealership. we will not be servicing you here," as he required me to pay the diagnostic fees. This place is ridiculous. I have reported this place to Nissan corporate. I recommend people go elsewhere, as this place is utter trash.

We are experienced used-car buyers, and our trip to Antwerpen was the worst scam/bait-and-switch scenario we have ever seen. We were looking to buy a used car that was priced on the internet at $10,400. We test drove it at Antwerpen and we were ready to buy. However when the salesman added up all the taxes and fees, the total was over $15,700. This included "extras" that were previously never discussed and we did not ask for, but we could not turn down, such as: "Xzilon protection" for $1700, "Reconditioning" for $1100, Nitrogen in the tires for $300, a prep fee ($300) that was on top of the stated dealer processing fee, etc. To add insult to injury, they would not accept our $500 coupon despite repeatedly telling us over the phone and in person that they would. This was a classic bait-and-switch in which they advertised a low price to get people in the door, then raised it over 50% when it came to payment. We walked away from Antwerpen and went to Laurel Kia, where we bought a $10,000 vehicle for a total of $11,100 after taxes and fees -- over $4k less for a very similar car.

I left feeling frustrated and that quality customer service is lacking. I was told that I would have to return yet a third time concerning the recall because they did not have the part. Would have been nice to have known that before getting there. I would have waited to have the oil changed so that I would not have had to make two trips there. While I was waiting for my car maintance to be completed, I observed disrespectful and rude behavior to other customers. One woman was very patiently waiting for someone to help her at the window. We could hear people talking but no one was at the window to assist customers. She asked the woman at the other window if she could let someone know that she is waiting for assistance and she was ignored. When someone finally did appear at the window to kept this woman there was no apology for keeping her waiting. She was much more patient then I would have been. Then, I could hear the unhelpful woman at the far window complaining loudly enough for the customers in the waiting area to hear that Saturday and quot;suckedand quot; because it was so busy with customers coming in. I will return to get this recall resolved, hopefully for the last time and then take my car elsewhere. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate staff.

I had a very positive experience at Antwerpen Nissan. I originally went there to see a used Sentra, but it wasn't what I wanted. Mike Hastings mentioned that prices on new Sentras were reasonable and priced one out for me. He gave me a price that I thought was fair, but I took a week to fully research it and compare it to offers from other dealers. Mike's price was the best I got, and he matched an offer I had on a trade-in. When I finally went to the dealership to do the paperwork, I steeled myself for what I was sure would be long waits and high-pressure tactics to buy additional items. (When I had bought from another Antwerpen dealership 9 years earlier, the actual purchase experience had been lengthy and less than pleasant.) There was none of that. We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours, and that included the trade-in transaction as well as the new purchase paperwork. There were no high-pressure tactics - just a really pleasant overall experience. (I actually ended up walking out with a nicer car than I had planned, but that wasn't due to pressure - it was because the car was for my father and he changed his mind at the last minute. Mike was very patient and gave us a similarly fair price on the nicer car.)

On the sales side, they lied about a product. I research information on the internet and they were not telling the truth about features for a certain package. I asked for a quote and could not get one over the phone. On the service side, I brought my vehicle to them for a repair and I question whether they did any work on the vehicle at all. I had to go back 3 to 4 times to get anything done.
