THe young man that came was very professional and nice. I didn't have 2 hours worth of work but they charge for 2 hours. If i could have found more things to do I would have !

Very disappointing!! When I called on the phone for the free estimates, Mark informed me that they do not do estimates for small jobs. He was very curt when asking details and would not elaborate saying he'd call me when you are ready. As I wanted the job done, requested for their services. Handyman was polite, but took a long time with the job which ended up with 5-1/2 hours which included 2 hours at Home Depot which was 10 minutes away. The office gave me a credit for $100.00 so I paid for 4-1/2 hrs. If I had an estimate would have organized the job better, gone to Home Depot myself.

he showed up on time and was very nice. Unfortunately he did not have the materials discussed (weatherstripping) which necessitated a trip to Home Depot. However, he did do some extra painting with paint we had here which more than made up for that! All in all, great experience.

This job was a simple shutter replacement. All they needed to do was reinstall one shutter which blew off. I was only missing 2 of the clips that hold it on. The window was on the 2nd floor with an overhang to stand on. I've done this before but due to other circumstances I couldn't do it myself this time. They came out and it took maybe 10 minutes and that included the time it took the guy to get the latter do the job and be in his truck to leave. The charge was $180 dollars. I was thankful that they did get someone out when I called the last minute and they were very accomodating on the phone. But $180 for that seemed way out of line. I didn't check around so I have no idea what anyone else would have charged so I don't know if that was the going rate or not. I said wouldnt recommend but that would be a bit unfair and it was only based on the price for what was needed. Everyone was very nice including the tech that came out so no compaints with that.

They charge me $90 per hour. To my surprise there were 2 workers but charged me $90 for 2 workers. They installed the storm door, replace 3 closet doors, and install new garbage disposal include new electric wires, and new plumbing. They picked up all the material that I pre order from Home Depot, and removed all the garbage and kept the place clean. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them. My suggestion: 1) Make sure to agree on the price per hour when placing the order. 2) Make sure to ask them to remove the garbage when placing the order. 3) If you pre order material from supplier for them to pick up, make sure the material is ready to pick up. In my case it took Home Depot about 2 hours to get the material, and so I lost $180 for the worker to wait. This was my fault, or Home Depot. 4) If they work is very involved, ask them to give you estimate. The will not charge you for the estimate. During the estimate, you can show them a printout of all the material that you preordered to make sure you ordered the correct material.

Professionalism, caring and friendliness with initial phone conversation. Appointment was prompt and arrival time exact. Knew in advance the name of technician. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed problem and explained what he would do. Problem was resolved. Will definitely call again.

Overall, the experience was a good one. The main technician, Roberto, was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The team was able to complete the whole job, including roof repair and interior drywall repair and paint, in a little over a day and a half. My only complaint is that one of the technicians left the backyard gate open and my dog was able to get out. Fortunately, she didn't roam far, but that one piece of inattention to detail marred the experience a little bit.
