Tom was wonderful to work with. He would ask questions to make sure things were done the way you wanted. He worked very hard the whole time he was here. I felt very comfortable with him. Would highly recommend him to others. We will have him do other things for us in the future.

Jeeves called within a couple of minutes after I put in the information to Home Advisor. He offered to have the technician come out the same day, and he later improved the timing to arrive within two hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and worked fast. It was not a price bargain, but I'm happy. I plan to get a quote for more extensive services.

I had an emergency - no water because it had to be turned off to prevent flooding. I called and was given a time frame 12 - 4, around 3:00 that called back and said more like 4-6 at 6:30, I called to find out where they were ( they were supposed to call when in their way ) they showed up about 6:40. Jeeves charges $95/hr with a 2 hour minimum - after installing a $2 part from Home Depot I was told they needed to come back on Sat and finish - I did not pay &190 for 20 min. Sat morn hot a call - the plumbing supply store is closed - when can we come - Monday AM they show up the work required cutting into my bathroom ceiling and installing another on/off valve and they were going to put in a removable access panel - I had offered to pick one up but the guy insisted he would get the materials - in the end I paid $190 for labor and $90 for materials but they never brought the access panel even though I was assured multiple times they would and was charged $90 for materials with no receipts. I feel completely taken advantage of by these guys - while the spigot seems to be holding I don 'to believe they could have used a cheaper version. Use someone else - they should know when the supply stores are open and definitely owe me the access panel - but you cannot get the same person on the phone twice. Very disappointed.

Jeeves Handyman Services called me only seconds after I got off the phone with a HomeAdvisor agent. They promised to be at my home same day, between 1 and 3pm. The Handyman arrived at 12:53pm.. 7 minutes early. His apprach was very consultative and professional. Even with his trip to the Home Depot, he completed his work in about an hour and a half. I will be calling him again!
