The service they provide is always fine but this company is a racket. They love to thank you 100 times for being a "loyal customer" but then they raise their rates on you and say oh that was the "introductory/promotional rate". Okay.... Don't think me for being a loyal customer and give me higher prices than someone who is a first time customer. You have to negotiate with these oil companies to get the best price possible. They make it this way though so 🤷♂️

Oil delivery has been excellent. Their records and calculations have allowed them to make timely deliveries of home heating oil. I no longer have to watch the level in my oil tank and call as I had to do with my previous supplier. Delivery people are friendly and efficient. We also pay using a budget plan and this has worked well also. Each year we have one of their technicians maintain our furnace. The technicians are well trained and have all the parts needed to maintain our furnace. Very well pleased with their service.

I requested various companies to give me a bid on the replacement of my oil fired furnace. I got my first bid from a company that I had used for over 40 years. I then requested a bid from Petro Oil. Petro Oil showed up promptly to review my old furnace system and give me a bid. The Petro sales rep was looking at my air conditioning unit as soon as he arrived. I told him that I needed a price on my furnace. He politely introduced himself and told me he was identifying the AC system so he could configure a proposal that included a properly sized fan that would be pushing the air for my AC unit during the summer. He then reviewed my furnace and quoted me two prices for different brand furnaces. Both bids were very competitive. I emailed my response early the next morning. He immediately responded. I inquired about service for the system and they immediately responded and offered me a $150.00 rebate on my first oil delivery if I would switch to there service. I scheduled the installation and got a call offering me a date sooner than I expected. This was during a time when night temperatures were dropping into the teens. The technician arrived early on the install date and installed the furnace. No problems. All items promised have been fulfilled. Petro delivered.

Went very well, mechanic very polite and explained every thing he was doing

They came 4 times and still didn’t fix it. They didn’t give us a detailed list of what was done and tried charging us $879 for the first time they came out and gave us a quote of $821 to come the 5th time to fix it. I called another company and it was $221 to fix including the diagnostic fee.

Great, They showed up when they said they would and performed AC checkup with no issues.
