Although the installation took more than a day, the communication of the installer was excellent. The job required new pipes and an expansion tank, so it was more than installing one piece of equipment. All questions were answered (there were many) and the workmanship met my high standards.

I requested various companies to give me a bid on the replacement of my oil fired furnace. I got my first bid from a company that I had used for over 40 years. I then requested a bid from Petro Oil. Petro Oil showed up promptly to review my old furnace system and give me a bid. The Petro sales rep was looking at my air conditioning unit as soon as he arrived. I told him that I needed a price on my furnace. He politely introduced himself and told me he was identifying the AC system so he could configure a proposal that included a properly sized fan that would be pushing the air for my AC unit during the summer. He then reviewed my furnace and quoted me two prices for different brand furnaces. Both bids were very competitive. I emailed my response early the next morning. He immediately responded. I inquired about service for the system and they immediately responded and offered me a $150.00 rebate on my first oil delivery if I would switch to there service. I scheduled the installation and got a call offering me a date sooner than I expected. This was during a time when night temperatures were dropping into the teens. The technician arrived early on the install date and installed the furnace. No problems. All items promised have been fulfilled. Petro delivered.

They provide excellent service. They monitor when I am likely to need more fuel and do a hands off delivery system. I am also signed up for their price control program that protects me if prices spike. I have been with with company for 24 years and have always been well served.

Oil delivery has been excellent. Their records and calculations have allowed them to make timely deliveries of home heating oil. I no longer have to watch the level in my oil tank and call as I had to do with my previous supplier. Delivery people are friendly and efficient. We also pay using a budget plan and this has worked well also. Each year we have one of their technicians maintain our furnace. The technicians are well trained and have all the parts needed to maintain our furnace. Very well pleased with their service.

The service is very excellent. Workers are very friendly people as well. They get back to you as soon as you call them. They also make sure that you are satisfied with what they have done.

Glad I found them before I let the other company I had interviewed get away with ripping me off with their tank rental charges and high prices.

Heating oil was delivered efficiently

The repair was.never completed. A part was ordered but never I stalled after 4 visits. Instead of the repair, tried selling other appliances. After 3 months still not repaired correctly.
