I needed only the pane replaced. it's challenging to find a window repair service. Most company's want to sell customers a complete window w/a min. number. apparently the job was too small but Boston came to my home took the window out, and in two hours returned with the repaired window. A GREAT company. Personable, I can't say enough nice things about Boston Window and Door.:-)

He came, finally, to repair a kitchen greenhouse window. He did an outstanding sloppy job!! When called back to correct caulking, he finally came, when I wasn't at home, just leaving a Post-It that he'd caulked w/a smiley face at the bottom of the Post-It. He'd only slopped on caulking. Rain continued to drip INSIDE that glass panel. Now he tells me he won't come back as I need a new greenhouse window. I've another contractor who has been with me for years doing work on my 2 story glass solarium. He's looked at the work done by Boston & continually shakes his head, pointing out the problems left by Boston. He will take out glass panel, clean out all caulking & replace glass panel w/correct caulking. I should also say, Boston came several times at my repeated begging, don't to repeat process I've described above.
