They showed up, they offered exceptional service and advised me and offered suggestions on a fix/remedy versus taking advantage of me and charging me. That kind of professionalism means I will continue to use them.

Good price, quick workers, and great customer service. We worked with Jeff, who was knowledgeable, honest and genuine, and provided good ideas and recommendations. Unlike another company, he didn’t try to convince me that I needed to rebuild. He was very practical in his approach and respectful is my time. Would hire them again. Fair prices — not the cheapest but far from the most expensive.

two projects: Outside top of chimney rebuild and prevent raccoons from entering. Done well; did more brick repointing than was in contract. Inside cleaned badly creosoted fireplace and chimney, recemented, repaired crack, replaced damper. Explained with a diagram what was to be done and what was done both before and after job. Workers were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of property. Job site in and out was left clean.

They were on time.

The fireplace is 32 years old. It was hand built, so it is not a standard, but the company found a way to work around the quirks, and fixed the problems. They discussed the issues with us and told us what we could do to fix the issues. They checked and only fixed what needed fixing, did not try to add extras. They even found a gently used chimney cap for us so that we could save additional money while fixing one of our issues. And, the men were kind, polite, and even put up with our large dogs wanting to help. Great folks!
