Loewen Windows

Description of Work: Tim at Loewen was frustrating to work with. He was rarely in the showroom. It took us two weeks just to nail down when and where we could see his windows. From the time the order was placed, it took a full six weeks prior to delivery. We asked if anything could be done to expedite the order and we didn't get responses without three prompts. When the windows came, he told my contractor that two guys could lift them. 5 were needed for the job. These were large windows and an 8 foot glass door. He seems to have very little experience but rather than explain what he does and doesn't know, he wings it. The screen company he subcontracted, Liberty Screens, was an absolute disaster. They were sloppy, not true to their word for appointments, and overall they failed to notice a cabinet couldn't open given how they installed the screen. The windows are good quality, but if Loewen is serious about the DC market, they will need to upgrade with a more professional, responsible team.
