Design In A Day was originally founded on the principle of working with what you already have. Over the past 18 years the company has evolved into a full service interior design firm, but we remain true to company name "Design In A Day." Regardless of budget or project timeline our goal is to help our clients create their dream home. We understand that decorating is a process, which is one of the many reasons we continue to have long term relationships with our clients. Our motto "Fill your home with things that make your heart sing" is the foundation for our approach to design. Whether it's helping our clients avoid costly mistakes, or hunting down timeless pieces to accompany family heirlooms, our ultimate goal is for you to love your home.

She is very reasonable. She’ll do consultations with you and help you utilize what you already have. I have been very happy with her and she is a very good designer.

Carolyn was a very pleasant designer who didn't waste your time. You did receive her full attention for the amount of time you scheduled. The colors she helped me select were really just what I wanted. The problem arose with the choice and placement of furniture. Some of the room design I just didn't like. Placement of many of the pictures on my walls put my teeth on edge. I ultimately switched to a different designer. Carolyn was always very pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: Carolyn helped start decorating my home. She first helped me choose the wall colors then made suggestions for furniture in my family and living rooms.
