Description of Work: we had heard from another vendor that our boiler was broken and needed replacement at a cost of $4000. Sila came, inspected the furnace, and told us that the bokler would work perfectly fine with a minor repair.it turned out Sila was correct. we greatly appreciated their honesty and professionalism

Description of Work: The technician bled our functioning electric water heater (6yo) to remove sediments checked pipes and fittings and was done in 15mins or less. It was a preventative service. Overall, pleasant and efficient worker. However, it took me over 1 month to get the service scheduled - they kept telling me someone would call me back

Description of Work: They replaced the autofill and PRV on a boiler furnace for my rental property. They were very friendly and the customer service is great. The communication could be a little better. I had them go out for the repair and never heard back from them so I figured that it was taken care of. Come to find out they had just done a diagnostic and not the repair. My tenant informed me that it had not been fixed. When I contacted them and informed them of my displeasure they sent someone out right away.
