I bought the big deal on Angie's List. Jeff was great at communicating and setting up the appointment. We had to change it once because of the snowstorm but he was very responsive and promptly set up another date/time that worked for both of us. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and did a great job! Put up two 50" tvs on the wall. I had shorter HDMI cords that were not ideal for an in wall installation so he provided the ones he had with him. Also, one of the walls he installed on had the bathroom on the other side and he had to deal with pipes etc. But there were no complaints from him and the results look fantastic. And he cleaned up after the installation. 2 installations took about 2:30 hours and required minimal involvement from me. I would certainly recommend Digital Edge and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Jeff showed up and was prepared, courteous, and did a great job with installing the mounting bracket on my wall. In addition, he set my large TV on my wall and hid the cords, so that I would have a professional look and feel. Finally, he also set up the Vizio soundbar and surround sound speakers that I purchased.

It was great. He does excellent work. He cleans up after himself. He's very thorough.

On the day of the appt. there was a mix up and the tech did not arrive to my home until two hours later. However, once there he was very professional and entertained my two year old while installing the mount. I was annoyed at first because of the late arrival but he installed my surround speakers for free and apologized for the mix up. I will be using the services again in the near future.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was excellent. His customer service he was very friendly, explained what he was doing, his clean up, everything was exceptional.

Worked with me on scheduling at a convenient time. Should up promptly. Was very knowledgeable and provided valuable suggestions on placement, and equipment. I had purchased what I thought I needed for mounting the TV and components. Following Jeff?s recommendations I was able to return several items that I didn?t need. The savings covered the cost of the installation. Jeff even returned a second time, at no additional cost, to help me solve a problem I was having with my remote controls. My wife was delighted with the way he cleaned up after the job. A wonderful experience.

Excellent experience. Randy is a genial guy who works hard to fulfill the job requirements. Knows his stuff, doesn't mind a little help from the homeowner.

Summary: Things went very well. You cant beat the price and the service. My main reason for starting down this path was because I just moved and the big box stores will generally only do a TV install if you just bought it from them. When I originally had this TV mounted in my old house I had geeksquad do it so this was a solid comparison for me. I called about the Angies list coupon and had some other asks other then just the mounting. I called prior to labor day and it took a few days for Jeff to get back to me but that's understandable with the holiday weekend. He gave me a quote and we lined up a time for him to come out during the week. He arrived on time but unfortunately we ran into a bit of a snag. he did not have the articulating mount that a TV of my weight would of needed for a corner mount. He had to reschedule for when he had the correct mount. Due to the circumstances and how long I had waited he rescheduled for a day/time he doesn't normally work on which was much appreciated. I called him the morning of the rescheduled appointment because I didn't have a timeslot. He called me back fairly quickly and gave me a time. He arrived shortly after the given time but with Football traffic and what not I wasn't surprised. He made short order of the work. The TV was up on the wall in no time which enabled us to keep an eye on the game while he finished the work. He mounted the TV on a Plaster wall with no issues, Wired and hooked up the Receiver, Blueray, Xbox, and Cable box, and he ran the Satellite speakers and Sub under the floor (we have an open basement and everything was tacked up nicely). I provided all of the cables and he provided the mount. The mount itself was very nice and honestly the price I paid total would of just bought a similar style mount from one the brick/mortar stores. I couldn't of asked for a better job to of been done. Overall I was thinking of asking to reduce the quoted price because of the reschedule but he already bumped it down to 199 before I even said anything. He clearly has the customers best interest in mind and is very mindful of their time. I paid less for this work then I paid for a very similar job from Geeksquad in my prior house and honestly Jeff ran circles around the best buy quality of work/product. I will absolutely be using Jeff/Digital Edge again. I have a new TV that I will be getting for my office and there is no way I will pay the inflated price of having Bestbuy/HHgregg do the work when I can line up Jeff to come out and take care of it. This is a no brainer if you are having Home theater work done and don't trust yourself to mount a large TV like me (Especially on plaster walls).

Professional in response and prompt. I failed to read the fine print which indicates an added cost if installed over a fireplace, but not a problem I was satisfied with the end result. Provided great feedback and suggestions. I would use them again.

Jeff arrived on time and was very professional. He politely introduced himself and requested if he can check where I want my TV mounted. He asked for my preference in terms of wall placement, then marked the wall with his tape. As advertised, he provided the wall mount plate, neatly hide all the wires behind the wall and installed an electric outlet behind the TV. When he noticed that the two other electric outlets are on the far side of the wall, he asked if I want to add another electric outlet in the middle of the wall so I don't have to run a couple of extension cords for my components. When I asked him how much will it cost, he said FREE. I was really impressed by Jeff's attention to details. He not only ensured that everything was in perfect place, but he even vacuumed! I strongly recommend Digital Edge for your home theater needs!

It went fine. They provided a high definition cable and the rack itself and it was mounted on the wall. It was not included in the cost of the offer, just the installation that was the offer.

Work performed by company owner. He is very meticulous and efficient. Helped us visualize how the finished job would look before we started, provided visual aid to help us understand the wall placement. He also installed owner-supplied extra wires to the AV console so we are prepared for future equipment to attach to the TV (such as a Blu-Ray player). He also relocated our cable wire coming from the basement to the FIOS set top box (in the AV console). We were so pleased with his workmanship, that we hired him to install our new wall mounted speakers and AV system. We highly recommend his work! The new setup looks great and we've received a number of compliments on how it looks.

Working with Jeff was great. He responded to my message promptly, scheduled for the date I wanted, and arrived on time. He finished the project in one trip, which was to reorganize the wiring of our wall-mounted TV so it can accommodate more components. He has cables of different lengths in inventory, which saved me a trip to Best Buy. The TV setup is exactly what I wanted, so I am really glad I called Digital Edge.

The installer was on time and did a fantastic job. The TV looks great, everything is set up just how we want it. He really worked with us to make sure we were happy with the results. We asked him for a couple extra things beyond just the installation and he was able to provide those without even charging us extra, even though it took a little more of his time to make sure it all went well. The only extra thing we paid for were the HDMI cables he ran, since we didn't own enough of them already. Having him take the extra time to secure our bookcases to the wall not only gives the room an excellent visual appeal, but really provides peace of mind that our toddler won't be able to tip them over and knock off the TV boxes or hurt himself. All in all, we were extremely happy with the service provided and would recommend this company to everyone!

Jeff arrived on time. Consulted with us regarding the best placement for the television. Mounted tv, wove wiring behind wall and hooked up all components. Very polite, helpful, professional. Cleaned up all debris. Told us to call if we have any questions which we did not because he did a very good and thorough job.

The plasma tv is about 7 yrs old and the surround sound about 5 years. Therefore, this makes it a not-so-standard installation. Jeff had to order a larger than usual arm swing for the wall. Once it arrived, he returned to install it methodically, and correctly. He was patient with my specific requests and also adjusted the settings for the surround sound to my liking. When he left, everything was working properly and completely clean. He has a small operation so he oversees and installs everything, and can therefore maintain quality service. I would definitely recommend Digital edge.

Contacted via email on Sunday morning and didn't expect a response that quickly. I was contact before noon on Sunday. We discussed what needs to be done, where I lived. Found out he would be in my area on Tuesday afternoon. I arranged to be home by 1:00 and he arrived promptly. Provided excellent service. Installed tv, ran cables in through the wall to alleviate seeing the wires. Neatly tired up the Wires to DVD player and cable box. Cleaned up after wards. Jeff was prompt, professional and personable. My call to Jeff at Digital Edge was the first time using Angie's List I hope I am as lucky with all my choices. Jeff set the bar high!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the installation and the finished product. Jeff arrived promptly and worked diligently to have the TV installed in one day. He provided the wall mounts and some additional cables (additional cost) and mounted the TV?s properly. He also provided his opinions on the proper mount given the layout of the room and furniture set-up. Should I need another television mounted I wouldn?t hesitate to bring Jeff back.
