This was the second time I've called Digital Edge for help. It's a pleasure to work with Jeff. I scheduled the job through Angie's List, and he got right back to me. He arrived promptly, and he provided the cords and bracket I needed to complete the job. That saved me a trip to Best Buy. Everything works perfectly now and looks great.

Everything went perfectly. Jeff arrived on time (he even called when he was on his way). He was extremely professional and courteous. He even installed a second TV bracket at my request. When an issue arose with the bracket (I previously had purchased a bracket that was not compatible for our situation before I hired Digital Edge), he was prepared with another bracket, which worked perfectly. Both TVs looks great - not a wire in sight and safely secured to the wall! All in all, the installation was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend Digital Edge to others.

Provider contacted me very quickly after purchase. He was polite and on time. He provided a wall mount bracket and installed the TV to the wall in my living room. He ran the wires thru the wall to conceal them and made sure to clean any debris left behind. He also hooked up our DVD player to the TV, which was nice. The job didn't take that long about 1 1/2 long and that was it.

They were very professional and above-board about my options, but unfortunately, I need some additional electrical work before this can be completed.

Jeff wa very professional, polite and skilled. He listened to our requests and when we changed our minds, he was very accomodating.

We were very pleased that we got service right away as we had family coming in for the holiday. We even had him come back out to mount a TV in another room over a fireplace. That mount had an upgraded bracket. The wall was a challenge and it was not what he had expected to find from the builders. He adapted to that very nicely. The job seems to have been done first rate. I was very impressed.

The provider was excellent, responsive and professional. He is coming back to mount 3 additional TVs next month!

It went well. Initially, I wanted the wires hidden but because I live in an apartment, I decided against that approach. Due to this last-minute change he went out and purchased material to hide the wires on the wall. He did an excellent job. I'm pleased with his work.

Left a message on 12/2 and received a return call the next day. Jeff quoted me a price for home theatre installation and based on our conversation regarding in wall speakers he requested pictures which I sent the same day. I followed up on 12/4 & 12/5 leaving messages since I wanted to make a final decision; still no response from Jeff via email or return phone call. I?m not sure this company is serious about business and at this stage would not use of recommend such a company.

A++ Jeff was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the time I purchased the deal until installation was complete took less than a week. Jeff called me the day before my first recommended scheduling date to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment he showed up early and got right to work. He took his shoes off before entering my house and on/off each time he needed to run out to his van. The installation went smoothly and I would HIGHLY recommend him. At the end of the installation he ran a vacuum to pick up any debris that may have dropped onto the carpet.

Jeff did a tremendous job! We had a number of obstacles to overcome based on the existing system and components and yet at the end Jeff was able to accomplish the installation with skill and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Digital Edge for all your A/V requirements. Jeff is professional and knowledgable and has the patience and expertise to tackle your biggest challenges.

A great experience! Very professional and courteous in communication and the job. Called to confirm, and to let me know that they might arrive toward the end of the one-hour window provided. Actually arrived right at the beginning of the time window. Jason absolutely knows his stuff - no matter what technical problem I threw at him, he solved it with aplomb. First, he helped me move the existing system from one room to another, and that included the TV stand. He professionally hung the TV perfectly level (another provider previously had not) and set all equipment up better than I had originally had it. And, when I gave him a piece of cable to use that turned out to be bad, he patiently helped me switch that cable out and stayed with me. He then set up my Harmony One remote, which was quite a trick in and of itself. He made sure everything was neat and clean (he even brought his own vacuum!), and walked me through the operation of the equipment to ensure my satisfaction. He wound up staying later than he thought, and helped move furniture, as I noted above, with no complaints at all. When I need services Digital Edge provides, I will turn to it again and not even look around for another provider. I strongly recommend anyone needing this service use Digital Edge; I am sure you will be as satisfied with the service as I was. And, you cannot beat the deal on the hanger anywhere; I know, because I looked to do so, and they beat Amazon, EBay, Best Buy, and everywhere else. Thank you for great service and patience.

The whole experience went smoothly. Digital Edge called to set the appointment and they were able to accommodate our schedule. The installer arrived early and went to work mounting our television. The installation includes running all the wiring behind the wall for a clean, professional look. The television feels sturdy and we are very pleased with the results. We would recommend and use Digital again.

My experience with digital edge was excellent. Price was half of what I was quoted by other company. He was on time, we explained exactly what we wanted, and 2 hours later he was done. Clean work and very professional. Hard to find that these days. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff was very professional and thorough. He was also capable of electrical work that needed to be done. At the end he vaccuumed and cleaned up. The entire process took 2 hours. Only drawback was tardiness. He did try to call but was dialing home instead of my cell. His service was well worth the wait.

Jeff arrived on time ( a little early actually, which was a good thing) and successfully installed a wall mount, 3 HDMI cables, and a 60 inch Plasma. Of special note was that I bought the TV as an "open box" and when Jeff went to install it we realized the power cord was missing. Jeff graciously said he would go get a bite to eat while I went back to the store to get the power cord. So, after I retrieved the power cord Jeff completed the install. I really appreciated him going the extra mile for me!

Extremely professional and excellent work overall. Jeff arrived on time, when expected, and mounted the TV exactly where we wanted it to go...over the fireplace. Our house was built in 1925 and the wall over the fireplace has a concrete base with plaster covering. Jeff ran the cabling as close as possible with an excellent result. I would highly recommend Digital Edge.

He returned to install a third TV. The swiveling wall mount I had ordered prior to the first appointment was unsatisfactory, so we scheduled another appointment. Jeff made an excellent recommendation for a replacement and even found it at a good price on Amazon, so I could order it. He also made a recommendation for a multi-purpose remote that would operate all the devices (our cable company did not offer a remote for four devices.) On his second visit, he installed the TV and set up all of the new remotes . There was a glitch with the payment for his services. Jeff was only notified by Angies List of two installation purchases, although I had purchased three. I paid him by check for the third installation. Upon receiving my credit card bill there were three installation purchases charged to my account. Angies List has agreed to credit my credit card account for the third charged installation.

Two flat screen HDTVs were mounted. One of the TVs was an older model and much heavier than the latest thin/light TVs. The technician had his work cut out for him on this one, but did an excellent job with the installation. The technician was professional and respected my home. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service received and recommend this company for TV mounting services.
