.Job was done in a very professional manner, Jeff, the owner arrived at the time he stated. Did not take him long to find the problem and fixed it very Quickly. While doing the work he noticed that one of my cables was incorrect for my set up. He replaced it with the correct one.Jeff included the cost of this cable with his orginal estimate which I feel he didn't have to do.I am keeping his number handy for anything elsethat will be needed. I highly recomend him for your service needs,

This is not my first review of the digital edge. As usual Jeff did a fantastic job installing or relocating televisions from the 46inch in my bedroom to the mammoth 70inch in the living room. He is very knowledgeable about his chosen profession and it shows in his work. Digital Edge is the only company that I trust with my television installs.

We called Digital Edge (Jeff) to inquire about mounting a 40 inch TV in our bedroom. After a few minutes of explaining what we were looking accomplish and receiving his feedback, we decided to go with Jeff of Digital Edge. He was really confident in his craft and was the ultimate professional from the beginning until the end of job until the end. See a few highlights: · Returned our call promptly · Arrived early for our appointment · Gave us advice on where to position TV · Added a power outlet behind TV · Provided mount (Cheaper than CostCo) · Mounted 40 inch TV · Concealed all wires to provide a clean finish · Walls had minimum damage o Patched walls to rough finish I am really glad we shopped around until we found the right person. Jeff did an awesome job and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a TV mounted!!! I have already booked him to mount a TV over our fireplace.

The owner, Jeff, was a very pleasant individual. Unfortunately, the first visit he was unable to mount the TV because the mount I purchased did not work with the structure of my home (Not his fault). Therefore, we rescheduled for the following week and asked if he could also relocate and conceal the cable wire which we had exposed laying on the floor. He agreed to return the following week with a mount and tools to relocate/conceal the cable wire. On the second visit, the TV installation and mounting went smoothly. While, he did relocated and concealed the cable, he did not have his staple gun so he left the cable draped under my rear deck, hanging freely. looking rather unfinished. He said he would return to staple the cable wire secure to the house but he never returned which is why I gave him a C for overall quality. I guess Jeff figured stapling the cable to the side of the house was easy enough for us to finish on our own. However, we paid him to do it and did not appreciate having to finish it ourselves. I'm a real stickler for great customer service, Digital Edge fell short with the following: - would have preferred the cable used for the cable relocation be white in color since black contrasts with the white siding on the exterior of the house and the interior moldings - coming to the job unprepared (no staple gun, only one color cable wire) - not returning my phone call (after he said he'd return) - not keep his word about coming back to secure the cable wire Despite my dissatisfaction with paying for an incomplete wire relocation job and not having my call returned, I cannot deny Jeff did an excellent job mounting the TV on the wall and hiding the wires. I would have been happy to use this company again but not having my call returned about the unfinished job left a bad taste in my mouth.

Jeff called and arrived a few minutes early. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. It took about 2.5 hours to . He fished wires, put in electrical outlet behind lED and hid cords for the sound bar. He vacuumed when done and left the room in the same condition as he entered. I would use Digital Edge for all my needs in the future. Best price I found by far.

Jeff called to say he would be a little late, which was fine. He assessed the situation and made some good recommendations. Originally I wanted to hang a shelf for the cable box, but Jeff wisely suggested I put the cable box in bar cabinet. He then ran the cables from the TV behind the wall into the cabinet. He also wired a receptacle in the cabinet to power the cable box and a possible DVD player in the future. He also ran a an HDMI cable from the TV into the cabinet for a future DVD player. He gave me the info on how to obtain a RF remote to hide in the cabinet. Now I can change channels on the cable box without opening the cabinet. Free of charge Jeff fixed my bigscreen set-up by routing my Wii cables through the existing wall plates previously done by Geek Squad.

Overall, Jeff did a wonderful job and his workmanship was great. I plan to request his service again in the near future.

Communication before the service was efficient and useful. Jeff arrived on time and worked hard for the entire time he was there in an efficient manner. He provided useful advice about how to get the cleanest install (the only wire showing is a few inches of cable -- and that is due to a mistake I made when I had my contractor locate the cable outlet on the wrong wall...), and had a pleasant and professional demeanor. Jeff cleaned up carefully and took the time to answer my questions. The quality of his work was high, and his fee was lower than the other highly-rated installers from whom I received quotes.

The only aspect of this experience that didn't earn an A was that I sent three emails over 10 days before hearing back to schedule the service I had purchased here on angies list. This was over Christmas and New Years week, so not too huge a deal, but I would have appreciated a quicker initial reply. Once in touch however, the whole thing was perfect through and through. Jeff was super professional, very tidy (brought in his own small vacuum to clean up after himself) and anded up doing an even more professional job than I thought I was going to get. My simple goal was to get my flatscreen TV onto the wall. I bought myself a mount, prepped the area a bit, and that was it. Jeff came in, asked what I wanted, then explained the in's and out's of the whole process. He installed a new outlet next to the mount on the wall, ran all the wiring and re-hooked up all my audio and video equipment, went through the remotes with me, and left the area looking very neat, pro, and tidy with any extra cable length bundled up. He even ran an extra cable "in case I get a blu ray player" so it can be plug-and-play. During the job he used several materials and had to supply an extra cable that I didn't have. There were no extra charges though and I feel I got a very good value for the service and quality of work. It is worth mentioning that he also was very tolerant of my 3 year old son sitting nearby watching and asking questions during parts of the work.

Jeff returned our call quickly and arrived as promised on the day scheduled. Everything went smoothly, until the final test when the sound and picture started working erratically. Jeff worked above and beyond to include a return visit to ensure the hdmi cables were not the problem, but the cable box. He also switched tv's for us. He had a wonderful attitude and was very concerned about the problem. We are switching cable providers! We will definitely call him back when when have the other tv mounted!

The service was great. Jeff was very responsive in my initial phone calls, gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled an appointment. I called around to a few places and Digital Edge was the best price I found and didn't charge an extra charge for a stone fireplace. He was about 30 min late to the appointment, but it was one of the first snow days of the season so it was understandable. He came in, went right to work and did a great job! I would definitely recommend Digital Edge if you're getting a TV mounted.

Not much to tell. The company was a groupon deal. I was contacted a few days after I ordered the groupon. The price was the groupon deal. Played phone tag for a day or so, but company called and set installation date. A little late because of traffic. I found them to be knowledgeable and professional.

Instead of me calling Digital Edge to set up an appointment, they called me, which impressed me from the start. The reapir man gets to my house and I instruct him on all three of the installs and he recommended to me how they could go better with the cable box shelves. He then installed the mounts and cut out a separate hole in the wall to place all of the wiring so that it was not unsightly. He finished well before the allotted time and did an excellent job.

Jeff did a great job and went far beyond just mounting my TV !! He ensured that all my devices were connected, correctly set up and working before he left. Very personalized service, would definitely use his services again and recommend to friends.

the wall above the fireplace then ran the wires straight down the wall next to the fireplace Jeff was punctual and professional. During the installation, Jeff ran into a problem with running the wires behind the wall--there was not enough space between the studs and the wall nor was there enough room to go through the studs. Jeff improvised by running the wires behind the wall above the fireplace then ran the wires straight down the wall next to the fireplace and continued to hide the wires along the wall behind the baseboard. In this case, things did not go as planned but Jeff worked with it and did a great job! I have not had a chance to get the IR Repeater setup because it is still charging but am looking forward to enjoying a great alternative to a TV stand! Thanks Jeff and Digital Edge for the hard work and great finished product!

Jeff was excellent. He wall mounted my plasma and sold me a flush mount for $49.99 when the mount i had previously purchased from amazon didn't really work (through no fault of Jeff's). Great job, great value, I would definitely bring him back for other home theater-related installations.

Overall experience with Jeff was great. Once I purchased the coupon, he followed up to schedule the install. He was on time and prepared. I couldn't be happier with the way things look and his rates were very reasonable- esp. with the coupon.

Overall, Digital Edge did a very nice job. The installer arrived on time, and after evaluating the system, proceeded to install the TV. The TV was a bit heavy (about 100 lbs,) but with a little assistance he got it up and positioned perfectly. The only glitz was that I had laid out a box next to the video cabinet with new HDMI cables to use. The tech did not see them and fished the older, shorter cables through the wall. When he told me I needed to get longer cables, I pointed out that he had used the wrong cables. He appeared a bit frustrated at having to replace the cables, but did so. I set the cables there assuming he would see them, but I should have specifically mentioned them to avoid the confusion. In any event, I did not expect his expression of dismay at having to replace the cables in the wall. It happens. Again, overall, I am very pleased with the final results, and the price was the best I have seen for this type of service.

The installation went very well, I was happy with what he did. I would certainly use him again. However, he was supposed to email me an estimate for another job, but he never got back to me. I emailed him to let him know that I never received a receipt from the original job, and he never responded to that either.

The service provider was prompt to respond to my initial inquiry regarding the services. Arrived within the given time-frame , was professional, and did a great job on the installation. Everything looks neat, is sturdy, and is well-positioned. He also provided helpful suggestions regarding devices needed to complete my home theater system relative to their compatibility with my TV and speakers.

The tv and speaker bar look great. The cost was extraordinarily reasonable, as were the prices for the mount/cord that we bought. He did a great job. Highly recommend him.

Jeff came over and did a great job. In about 1h30 minutes he installed my TV above the fireplace and did an excellent job. I was a little worried because the contractor that Sears (I bought the TV and installation there) sent out to do the job said he was uncomfortable doing the job and didn't think the TV could be mounted above the fireplace. Jeff came in, reassured me that there would be no issues with the mount and did an outstanding job. He took the time to clean up after the installation and left everything as he found it. I would definitely recommend Digital Edge to anyone that needs to mount a TV. They are cheaper than most other contractors doing the same job and provide an excellent service. I will be calling on Jeff and Digital Edge in the near future to mount 2 additional TVs for me.
