The wall-to-wall carpet came in quickly and was installed perfectly in a few hours. We had three bedrooms, a hallway and the stairs carpeted. No problems at all. The sales personnel knew we were looking for a particular hardwood and informed us in a timely manner of a sale by the manufacturer and we were able to get the wood at the sale price which pleased us greatly. We consider the service at Bel AIr Carpet to be first rate. We will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

It went rather well. The company is very pleasant to work with and very responsive. When I phoned them asking to have the carpet tightened, they scheduled a follow up appointment without any questions.

THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF RE-BINDING THE RUGS WAS UNBELIEVABLE. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO SHOW ME ALL THE COLOR OPTIONS AND ALSO EXPLAINED THE MANY OTHER TECHNIQUES THAT HE COULD DO TO MAKE A RUG PERSONALIZED. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPERB.
