This is the first time hiring a rodent control company. Time will tell if the pest controls will keep the mice, skinks, spiders,crickets & any other vermin out in the future. Pest controls meaning sheet metal placed in cracks in basement cracks in wall. I would hire them again if I have problems with insect & spider pests in the summer.

Carl is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. He came out as scheduled every time. He gave a very accurate and thorough assessment. The office was great at setting up appointments and responds promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

Raven Termite & Pest control set up an appointment promptly and Carl came and found the solution to fix our squirrels problem in the attic. Carl set up traps in the attic, repaired the opening where the squirrels used to get inside the attic and he sprayed the attic with a sterilization agent. He was prompt and knew what he was doing. Raven responded immediately after I contacted them through HomeAdvisor. The appointment was set up quickly. The technician (Carl) was prompt, knowledgeable pleasant. He explained Raven's approach to my squirrelly problem, and the pricing structure, thoroughly and clearly. He inspires confidence that the job will get done effectively & efficiently. He picks up and resets the traps every day, per the agreement, and posts progress updates daily via email (including photos) and through Raven's customer portal. After the trapping period is over, he will seal point at which the squirrels are getting in, and I willll be back here to finish my review!

The technician was very timely, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to assess the situation, explain where he saw issues and what should be done to address them. As he executed his action plan, he was sure to explain what he was doing each step of the way.

Mr. Nixon arrived on time for the consultation, I showed him the areas of concerns and he confirmed there were mice entering the home. He explained the three step process for removing them in detail. He has performed the first step and I am happy to say that we have not seen any signs of mice. Final step will involve sealing entry points. Thank you Mr. Nixon we appreciate your expertise and skills to rid us of our problem.
