Description of Work: Did not use Len the plumber. There was a $49 dollar charge just to give an estimate. Obviously Len the plumber's prices are not competitive with other companies or they just don't want you to shop for the best price.

Description of Work: They were thorough with their assessment (let me see the video feed as they snaked my pipes) as well as helping me get approved by the county to have the costs added to my property tax. They arrived on time and everything was up and running by the end of the day. Excellent response time and service. I highly recommend them.
