Description of Work: I wanted them to relocate a gas pipe for my oven. I couldn't justify the expense so I didn't get the work done. However, the technician did discover that there was a leak in the emergency shut-off valve that I had attributed to the age of the old oven. So I was extremely thankful for his expertise.

Description of Work: Water heater broken and basement flooded, it was 5 pm , l could not get in touch with the company who takes care of my appliances, called Len the plumber, they showed up the same night but once they replaced the water heater next day the bill was over 2500 dollars . |I think they know the customer is desperate and |They overcharge 2 to 3 times more .

Description of Work: First our chlorine pump died; then less than a week later our well pump died. We called them after the well pump died; they came later the same day - then installed a new pump the next day. At the same time, on their recommendation we had them replace the old pressure tank. The price was less than i had feared, particularly with the "emergency turnaround". About a week later when the replacement chlorine pump came in, I tried a DYI job of hooking it into the mixer in the water line and I busted the inlet. So I called Len the Plumber again and, even though they had to order a new mixer, the job was done in a few days. Very happy with these guys.

Description of Work: Un clogged bathroom sink and cleaned out shower drain in less than one hr

Description of Work: They could have troubleshot an issue over the phone but instead came to my house (2 days after the originally scheduled time they scheduled) and "fixed it". The plumber then tried to charge me for the full price of fixing the disposal if it was actually broken and not just a reset button. I then had to argue with the company to get them to only charge the fee for coming out, which also could have been avoided by asking 1 question over the phone. When I have feedback to customer service, they didn't respond. I would not use their service again.

Description of Work: They did a great job; however, I think Len the Plumber is a bit pricey. We have used them in the past and will likely use them again because they are prompt, courteous, and professional.

Description of Work: "Len the Plumber" plumbers can do excellent work. We have used them a few times prior, but our favorite plumber that we always requested left the company. Len's plumbers tend to be very professional and pleasant and meticulous and they typically get the job done. When they cleared our interior drain lines but did not have a camera to check on their condition, the management later realized this and provided the camera service for free. They were expensive, but they eventually did the job. And they accurately assessed the recurring internal drainage problem to be a clog in the septic system (external to the house). The reason for the low rating is the estimate they gave me to correct the problem. Their estimate was $2000 above what Beall and Sons, our long-term septic company, billed us for the exact same job. Beall finished the job for $2000 less, and they did it well. Because of Len's high prices, I do not plan to use them again.

Description of Work: We thought it was a little expensive but it was an emergency and the job needed to be done.

Description of Work: Ejector pit wasn't operating. Was told $49 for visit and would be applied towards work needed. The plumber flushed toilet that seemed to not operate normally, gave a $125 quote, if ejector needed to be opened it would be $165. Once I said okay, he pulled the ejector's power cord from receptacle to reset and that fixed problem. I thought the charge was excessive for what needed to be done. I called twice to speak to a manager about this, and was never called back.

Description of Work: Replaced tub drain system on Kohler jet tub. Provided and price estimated for alternative solutions. Answered all questions. Performed work on time as promised.
