Description of Work: Replaced a drain pipe in basement. Accurately diagnosed the problem and promptly and correctly fixed it. Prior to Len the Plumber we had another plumber in over the course of two years, where they snaked the kitchen drain. When Len the Plumber arrived, Victor competently told us the issue was one of two things. He proceeded to snake the drain, but quickly diagnosed the issue as larger than a simple snaking would remedy. When he pulled out the offending pipe, even I could see it was clearly irrevocably clogged. Had we called the original plumber, I believe he would have snaked the drain and left us with the underlying cause.
