The work turned out excellent. They were helpful in choosing the model. They were prompt about getting here. It was a very difficult job because of the location and they were very responsible about that. They gave me good information all the way through the process and I am very pleased with the performance of the new unit. They don't have a salesman, they just send out the guy who does it so he's not going to tell me something that someone else can't do it. He was excellent and was very clear about what they offered and the advantages and the different models.

He showed up ontime. I have used them before. The price was sort-of in the neighborhood of what I expected to pay. The nice thing about them, is they come out the day you call them and they come prepared to complete the job. I was very pleased with the service. They didn't try to sell me a lot of stuff, which I appreicated. They gave me several price options on the part so I could choose. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option, so I could make my choice. They were in and out in an hour. In this instance there was a coupon that I forgot to give them. I called them, and they said they would still honor the coupon and mail me a refund. I was very surprised and pleased by that.

Same day service was great. He showed up on time - estimate for work was expensive for short time at the job. Unfortunately, he unplugged cord to sump pump and forget to plug it back in and so we had a flood 2 days later! Company refunded $100 for job.

I have used them before and had a great experience. This time was the opposite. I will not use them again.

Two repairmen responded. Very tidy work, quick, polite.

The first plumber came by and said I needed a new toilet. I let him do it because I didn't know any better. After the fact I realized I did not need a new toilet. He was fixing another toilet but then it remained broken and I had to have him come back on a couple of different occasions and they more or less fixed the problem. I was not satisfied with the result. I think they respond quickly, however they are not a plumber I would recommend to anyone because they seem to want to sell more items more than just fix what is there.

It is a fairly big group. They came when they said they were going to come. They did a very professional job and cleaned up the area. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and would use them again in future if need be.

They respond promptly and have done a very good work. Their pricing is fair as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

They couldn't send a plumber until Monday morning, so we waited. When they arrived the plumber sized up the job and gave us an estimate of $467. Reportedly this was not an upcharge for emergency service, but we declined the service anyway. Our regular plumber was able to come the same day, and completed the work for $145. This was evidence that Len the Plumber has erratic (perhaps predatory?) pricing policies. Will never recommend them.

I have hired Len the Plumber numerous times now for various work including sewer line problems, the installation of a new water heater, and general plumbing work in addition to the above work mentioned. They have always been courteous, timely, professional, and willing to answer all the questions that I had. On this occasion a tenant's toilet was not working properly and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately for me, it was discovered that the flange underneath the toilet was in disrepair so I was forced to replace that as well. I also had a leak in the basement and it was determined to be coming from a faulty bathtub trap. This was replaced as well. Altogether it took about two and half hours. I was pleased with the work.

Overall experience was ok. We got a water leak under our sink right before we were about to leave for a small weekend vacation. My first reaction was to turn the water off going to the sink and deal with the issue after i returned from vacation. But - of course - I have an older home and all of the shut-off valves(including the main to the house) were seized. I then called 'Len the Plumber' and they were able to come out within the hour and give me an estimate to replace the valves which was a bit high. I balked at the the original estimate and let the plumber know that i was still calling around to compare prices and he immediately dropped $75 from his initial estimate. At this point - I accepted because this was something i wanted resolved quickly because i was leaving for vacation. The work performed was acceptable and completed in around 2 to 3 hours. In my case - the high price was worth the piece of mind that i could leave for vacation as planned. My only other complaint besides the price was that the plumber had let solder drip on my basement floor and did not clean it up. All in all - I would hire this company again - but only after comparing prices with their competitors.

I saw my water heater was leaking from the bottom late Friday evening. I called the company number 11 AM the next day on Saturday. A live, friendly, competent person answered the phone (either Christi or Trina) and told me somebody could be at my house shortly between 12PM and 4PM. She also told me no additional charges were tacked on due to it being a Saturday. She directed me to their website to get a $10 off coupon and she set up the appointment. I received a call from Matt a little before 2PM letting me know he was on his way. Matt arrived around 2 PM and completed everything and was gone by 5PM. Matt was professional and friendly. When he arrived, he listened to what I said about the situation and after investigating a little bit himself, he gave me an estimate of $1168 that included everything---removing old water heater(50 gallon electric), installing new one(state select 50 gallon electric) and new thermal expansion tank (which I did not have before). Matt informed me the expansion tank was now required by state code. There was also supposed to be a $29 charge for the call, but Matt gave me the option of either using the $10 off coupon and getting charged $29 for the call or removing the $29 charge and saving the coupon for another day. I don't know if this is always done or it was because I was a returning customer, but it was a no-brainer to not have the $29 added. So the total cost was $1168 ($979 for the water heater; $189 for the expansion tank). Matt explained everything well to me before he left and I probably slowed him down a little with a lot of conversation while he worked and he didn't seem to mind. He showed me how to adjust the thermostat on the water heater, how to work the new valves he installed, and how the expansion tank worked. He said he will keep the information on the water heater on record in case there is a future problem. If so, I can call him and he will deal with the manufacturer if I desire. I don't know how the price compares to other offers I may have gotten, but he used a State Select water heater which he said was more expensive than some but his company feels any extra is worth the quality of the product. His company provided 1 year warranty on parts and labor and the manufacturer's warranty was 6 years. In 3 hours it was completed and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service. Matt also discussed some questions I had about my pressure reducing valve which I was wondering about. After discussing it with him, I felt pretty confident the valve was operating OK.

He was absolutely excellent! This is the first time I have ever had a plumber show up early. He was able to fix the problem and he told us how we could prevent it from happening again. I was very very pleased with both him and the work. I felt good about his price. It was definitely reasonable. They will be my plumber from now on.

"Andy" the technician who responded to this call, had all the parts in his truck so there were no trips for parts or supplies. There were a couple incidental adjustments to the sink and toilet that Andy performed as he completed the job with no extra charge. He was clear about what parts and labor were going to be required to finish the job and gave an accurate and reasonable estimate which ended up being the final price. Andy was courteous, stayed on task and, most importantly, left no mess and everything worked as it should when he was through.

I contacted this company through a tankless water heater manufacturer's website. Len the Plumber contacted me the next day and came out that afternoon for a free estimate to install a tankless water heater. The technician, Pat, was very courteous, seemed to be very experienced with this kind of work, and answered my questions. The non-itemized written estimate was approaching $3000 for what is apparently a straightforward, one-day installation. From shopping around, I know that only $1000 of this (and maybe less) was in parts, and since the labor was estimated to take about one day, the company seemed to be charging an arm and a leg for installation. Again, my overall experience was great and they probably do great work, but their labor costs seem really high. Be sure you get a second or third estimate!

The service was high. I thought it was way overpriced but I could not do it myself. I had to have help. The customer service representative is wonderful. I called and she got someone out that day.

He was very nice. His prices were fair. He came out promptly and explained what he was going to do.

I was happy with the price Stan charged me for the work he did. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he even showed up early. He did a nice job fixing the toilets. He also did a nice job cleaning up after himself.

We discovered a huge leak in our basement coming from the bathroom right above. We called Len the Plumber and they were able to send someone out that day. The dispatcher was very polite and gave us a window of when the plumber would arrive (11 AM - 3 PM). She again called to let us know that he would arrive by noon, and he did. Justin was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I was impressed that he had completed work in our house from the previous owners (5 years ago). He was familiar with the layout and where the shut off valves were located. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that the leak was coming from in between the bathroom and bedroom wall. Justin provided us with the cost of the job prior to beginning work. He explained that he needed to cut the bedroom wall to gain access to the pipe. Justin showed us the damaged pipe and quickly went to work to repair the damage. When he completed the work he left the area very tidy and even vacuumed! He explained the cause of leak and gave up tips and how to prevent them in the future. I would definitely use the company again and more specifically request Justin. He completed the work by 1:30 PM.

It went fine. He gave good advice. When I called the office, the dispatch did not clearly inform the plumber the work needed to be authorized by myself and not the tenant of the rental property. They had indicated that they would do this and I was disappointed. The work was done on time and completed properly and overall I was very satisfied.

He did a good job at explaining things to me and told me what he was going to do. The price that he gave me was reasonable. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Although we thought the price was a little on the high side, they made up for it in service and responsiveness. I was very surprised that the serviceman's truck was stocked with all the parts he needed and after looking at the heater, he was able to fix it immediately. Our serviceman was very professional and personable. We would definitely call them again.

The last time they came over they tried to get me to buy a new toilet. It took them four different times to fix the toilet. I thought the price was a little too much.

The work was done very well. Of course as a retiree, I don't like to shell out a few thousand dollars, but these guys earned their compensation.

I thought that the service was too expensive. There was also a hole in the wall in order to get the waterlines through, but instead he drilled two holes into my brand new tile floor and also my cabinet. I was frustrated. However, they were very friendly. The guy who answers the phone gives fabulous customer service, and was very clean and tidy. The guy did the job, just not how I wanted it to be done. He also cleaned up after himself well. They called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming.
