Excellent work, received email and phone call when they would arrive, and they did. Work was explained then quoted and completed as quoted, very fair and good work. Very happy with the experience.

First of all, I have no idea if the price was normal for this type of job. It sure was a lot of money, though. The "investigator" salesman came out exactly when he said he would and the other plumbers I contacted from Angie's List said I was too far away. A camera was used to see what was wrong with the sewer pipe and I saw all the tree roots and the places where it had broken. The very next day, it seems sewage leaking might be a bit of an emergency, the crew came out. Three men with shovels and a huge backhoe stuffed themselves in between the house and trees.. They were professional and explained what they had to do and how it would be done. It was all done before I got home from work. Miss utility and county permits and county inspections and all, all done. With a lifetime ga-run-tee. They dug a 75ft trench from the house to the street and replaced the broken pipe with a new one and two new clean outs. The cleans outs were replaced in new places so that I no longer have to mow around them (Yea). The man on the backhoe had a very elegant touch. He avoided my special bushes and he and the ground crew left a smooth and level swath which I had no trouble seeding. It is a piece of art. As soon as I recover from this expense, I have more plumbing projects and these are my guys. I am sure the inside guys are just as good.

We are extremely satisfied. It was an emergency and we received same day service without an additional charge. The plumber was professional and knowledgeable, and he took his time to ensure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We haven't had to call a professional plumber in years, and due to the urgent nature of the problem we took a chance on calling from an advertisement on the back of our church bulletin. We called Len The Plumber and were offered two appointment times for service that day to choose from. Normally we would comparison shop and review customer reviews for service such as this, but it all worked out and we are pleased with the work and service received.. On the morning of July 20th, we noticed water dripping from the living room ceiling and determined the area to be below the upstairs bathroom. We called Len The Plumber and were offered two appointment times for service that day and selected the earliest time. The plumber responding gave us a call when he was about 20 minutes out, and arrived well within the appointment time. He arrived in a company vehicle and was wearing company attire - very professional appearance. He introduced himself and came in to assess the situation. He was sure to always put on shoe covers when coming into the home - we were impressed by the care he gave to our possessions. He was very methodical in his diagnosis of the problem and kept us informed as he proceeded. Once he was satisfied with his diagnosis, he informed us that he needed to cut through the ceiling to confirm. After explaining to him that we had ceiling heat panels (the house was built in the 70's) he said he was familiar with the system and would take additional care. We signed the authorization and agreement to pay for him to cut into the ceiling. Once the condition of the plumbing was confirmed, he explained the repair and quoted the price in writing. We accepted the quote, and though it would have been easier for him to complete with another person on site, he honored our request to have it completed same day without hesitation and got to work. He kept us informed of his progress, and answered all questions that we had while the work was going on. Once completed, he showed us the repair, cleaned up the work area, and let us know to call if we had any problems or questions. The price reflects a $10 discount for the coupon in the advertisement.

It was during the time of the power black out. I was without hot water for a week. The water heater was under warranty but they couldn't get someone out to repair it so they said they'd replace it! They asked if I was available the next morning. They were prompt & everything went well. I'm very satisfied!

We agreed to the date and I took a half day of work to be home. They schedule time was in between 8AM-12PM. I got a call at around 11.30AM explaining that they were late on their schedule and they would be there latest at 2PM, so now I had to take the whole day off from work.At 2PM I get a call from a manager that is now asking again into what I needed done. I explain it all again, and he was indicating that their records showed that I needed a repair... and if I needed a quote for a tankless water heater like I described, then they would need to send out a master tech. that could do this and he would not be able to come today... the question was then when it was convenient for me... I said no thx. to taking another day of from work, to wait for Len the plummer.Len the plummer... your service is disappointing, and just giving me a loose quote over the phone and expect me to take that serious. No thank you.

It went very well the man was very helpful. He did an excellent job. Was there on time. Cleaned up any mess made.

Len did a great job throughout my home. They are pretty much on time. If you have an issue, even on a Sunday morning, they will show up. Anytime I have issues with plumbing, I call Len the plumber.

I use them a lot. They show up when they say they will. They do what they are supposed to do. I give them an "A" for everything.

We wanted to move the washer and drier in our new house from the master bedroom to the basement. Len the Plumber sent Lenny to give us an estimate. In determining the estimate, Lenny was diligent and very comprehensive in his analysis. He also suggested several other things that we might want to do with the plumbing in our new home. The only negative was that on the day Lenny came back to perform the service, he was about two and a half or three hours late. My understanding is that during that time, he was out getting parts for the job, but my understanding was that he was showing up at the house at 8am, not starting to look for parts. When I called Len the Plumber at 8:20am, I was told he would be there by 9:00am, and he was not there until about 10:30am. So even if I misunderstood originally, I still gave Len the opportunity to provide me an accurate time and it did not. Luckily that was the only negative part of the experience. Once Lenny arrived, he and his assistant Ryan were great. They quickly got to work and very carefully moved the very heavy washer and drier from the bedroom to the basement without causing any damage, despite narrow stairwells, tight corners and heavy cargo. I left the house while they worked, but by all appearances, they dilligently performed the work, were very respectful of our new house, and kept us up to date on their progress. The end product looks great. Everything appears in order, the plumbing and vent are inobtrusive and in good condition. Despite needing to cut the vent out through the foundation, everything appears cleanly and neatly done. Despite the work taking them a day and a half to perform the work, the price was as estimated. I have not had the opportunity to use the washer or drier yet, so I will update if function does not match appearances.

They come out the same day and don't charge extra, which is nice. The last plumber was very personable, courteous and took the time to explain the work being, which not everyone will do.

Called early in the morning for an estimate & made an appointment. The technician was here within an hour, precisely when he had told us. He removed the old water heater & all of the outdated pipes, valves, etc., and took them with him. He installed the new heater & attachments. He was extremely polite and very quiet. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived! He explained and showed us all that he had done, gave us written information about care & maintenance of the new heater, and gave us his contact information in case we had any questions or comments. The whole experience could not have been more pleasant!

I was getting ready to leave the house when I discovered water dripping from my living room ceiling. This was right where the toilet was on the floor above and called up Len the Plumber because I have used them before and have been happy with their work. After a few hours the plumber arrived, opened the ceiling, and discovered a leaky pipe. He replaced the damaged section and cleaned up afterwards. He was extremely professional and courteous. The cost of the project was more than I would have liked. It cost more to cut open the ceiling than to repair the pipe. If I had known that I would have cut the hole myself. But despite this, I would call them again because I know they do quality work.

Very poorly... pushy, rude technician. Damaged our yard and gave us a hard time about correcting it. Billing issues - overcharged and has to call to have corrected.

We have used them twice and love them. They were punctual both times. They did the work within estimate. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess. They just do quality planning and quality work. What is neat about them is that we know the plumber and we can call and ask for him, and that is really nice.

The experience was great. Arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and performed the work professionally and promptly. I have used their services two other times and each experience has been great.
