Len The Plumber, LLC.

It was a Sunday when I called Len to come out. I had just gotten back from vacation with my husband only to find that if we took a shower the overflows would drain all over my basement floor. This was at least a bucketful of water each time we showered. I called Len to come out and the first man that came said this was a drain problem and he "Was not the drain guy." So he called the office and had "The drain guy" sent out the same day, within an hour. When "the drain guy" got there he brought a large machine in and snaked my drain once. He then told me that the line was collapsed and "the camera guy" would have to come out to tell me more. He said he didn't think that snaking the drain anymore would do any good but "if I really wanted" he would do it a second time. I asked him to snake it a second time. He was in and out of the house in about an hour. I paid $480 for the drain to be snaked and the promise of "the camera guy" coming out later in the week. The line was clogged again within 2 hours of "the drain guy" leaving. The camera guy came a few days later and told my husband that the whole line had to be replaced. The line was full of tree roots. This process was going to cost $6,000 and would en tale Len digging up the sidewalk in front of my home and replacing the entire length of pipe that was leading from the outside of my house connecting to the City sewer. Thank god I got a second opinion! I had another plumber come out to see if I could get a cheaper price for such a big job and this man told me that there was no need to replace anything. He came in again with his snake and pulled a bucketful of roots out of the line and everything was running smoothly and I have had no problems since with the plumbing. I did have to pay this second plumber $350 for his snaking services but it was worth it to save me $6,000!

They are very good at it. They are dependable. They showed up. He was very neat, cleaned up after himself fabulously.

I called on a Sunday when I discovered the back up in the basement. I was given an appointment for the next morning. Technician showed on time, explained his work and showed me the results. Camera technician arrived after the cleaning to see if the clog was clear. I was able to watch this (kind of like a cardiac catheterization) and what I was seeing was explained. I got to see the water running through and where the roots had invaded the pipe. The technician used sonar to locate the exact spot of the problem outside. The technology was amazing and beats having the entire yard dug up in search of the problem. The solution and the rationale for it were explained to me. Both technicians were extremely informative and clearly wanted to share their information. The work crew for the pipe replacement was able to come out in a day and do all the work outside so nobody needed to take off work. They did not make as big a mess as I expected, and they uncovered the outlet to the septic tank that had been buried for a while. Len the Plumber has been our go-to plumbing service for years and they have never failed us.

The master plumber + drywall specialist of Len the Plumber were punctual, professional and went out of there way to assure our home was as neat and clean as when they arrived. They put down tarps to protect our carpeting, removed all of the trash from the job and kept us appraised of the progress. They even insisted we ocassionally look to see how it's going. They took extra care to assure the job was done in one day, that all plumbing fixtures were in full working order without any leaks, that the toilet and washing machine (which had been pulled) to do the tub/shower install were in working order with no concerns. In all we could not be more pleased with the level of service, professionalism and quality of final job completed received from Len the Plumber. We would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants quality service by true professionals.

The drain was plugged and started backing up into my basement deep sink. This was first noticed this morning. I phoned the Len the plumber office. My called was answered after about 5 rings and when I explained the situation and that I could not use my fixtures they scheduled me for a 0800 - 1200 appointment on the same day. Their office staff called about an hour and a half later to let me know I was on the schedule and they would call again when the tech was on his way. They called about 1030 to let me know he was. Brandon arrived just before noon and got right to work. He looked at the situation and wrote up the estimate. We agreed and he got to work. He had the snake system running by 1230 and had it cleared by about 1:30. He then replaced the cleanout cap which had broken (this was a very old cap) and proceeded to write up the bill. After a brief discussion about the price of the plug, they decided to comp it to ensure i remained happy with their great service to that point. They also offered a cameraman to come and run a camera through the drainpipe to ensure I don't have other problems. Overall: Fast, pleasant, professionals that kept me informed from initial call to cleanup.

It went very well they come often and use them when necessary.

Len The Plumber were very professional and made a good suggestion on the type of shut off valves which made it a lot easier for me to turn them on and off. They're reasonable and knowledgeable.

This is the fourth time we have used this company. Two times were for simple drain backups and once to replace a toilet. This last time was for a really big job-replacing our sewer pipes outside the house. because our yard is a hill they had to dig really deep. They removed some shrubbery as I had requested and carefully removed some plants for me so they would not get crushed. My front yard was a big mess but it would have been no matter who had done the work. They put back the soil they had dug out and carefully graded the hill to the level it had been. The people who work for Len the Plumber are the most courteous, friendly and helpful folks I have ever hired to do work for us. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The guy came on time, worked hard all day, and installed a powerful new toilet that exceeded my expectations. Very professional. Did it so quickly and quietly I didn't even catch the guy's name! He also gave us a good estimate on the repairs we needed on our kitchen sink.

We found out there was a problem on Tuesday and they were here Wednesday to fix it. The service went very well.

I called that day and got an appointment he was nice and friendly and got the job done and cleaned up his mess. Will use them again

The pipe was not secured onto the house so I called them to fix it since it was under warranty and they said that it was under new ownership and that they felt they were not reliable and told me I should have taken care of it when the first owners were there.

Arrived as scheduled and very professional. The technician had to return to replace a defective part used in original install. This followup was easily scheduled and no charge under 6 month warranty. Everything works well a few months later. I do think they could offer more discounts on bundled visits, but that is my only suggestion. They are good value for the flexibility of having visit any day including weekends at no premium charge.

The system has been working well. I was pleased with the service they provided.

They are very efficient and prompt. I have used them for about 7 years. I have used them for things like water heaters and sump pumps. The workmen are very tidy and neat. They clean up after themselves. They are all licensed.

He didn't say too much but he worked like h*ll. I didn't compare the pricing but it was fair. The quality was very good.

They are very prompt and provide same-day service, which was the most important thing for this job. I have used them several times previously and they've always a great job.

I noticed a pipe leaking in my basement. I called Len the Plumber because we had used them before. They were very professional and gave me a window of time when they could come. They called before they came, and gave me the name of the plumber who would do the work. The man showed up on time and gave me a written estimate. I agreed to the work and he performed it well. He was very professional and considerate. The work was completed in the time frame he had estimated.

MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER

It went very well. They were also the ones who told us to immediately call our home owner's insurance company because they were pretty sure that it would be covered under our policy.

I called Len the Plumber because I saw an ad from Angie's List including a senior discount. The price at the end was moderate but I never got the senior discount because the person who came out told me they didn't know anything it. The issue seems to be mostly resolved but there's still some leaking under the faucet. I'm not too thrilled about using them again after these issues.

Mr. Little and his apprentice replaced copper piping coming into our house at the main line coming into the house, we had to coordinate with the town to shut off our water so that our main shut off could be replaced as well as the regulator and secondary shut off. They replaced a few T junctions and we also had them replace and correctly fit the expansion tank on our water heater since it was failing. The work was done fast and they did a thorough job that looked good when finished. They put booties on when coming into the house and explained the work to us when completed. They were very nice and professional and I would hire them again in the future if need be. The only caveat I have is in regards to the company itself...I wanted quotes at first and was told there was a fee if they did not do the work, when I said never mind to the estimate they said they'd waive the fee. They did end up being 50$ cheaper than another local plumbing company.

Their work was absolutely excellent. I am so pleased with the plumber they sent out. I would definitely use them again.
