Description of Work: I had a leak in my bathroom sink underneath. They replaced the valves under the sink. Very nice, very professional and I will definitely use them again and will recommend them.

Description of Work: My water heater was leaking. The plumber came on a Sunday. The service man seemed a bit grumpy and his assistant was of little value. The water heater was replaced and the price was high. I have never seen a water heater with an additional tank on top of it. The repairman said that is the way they are now. | |After a while, I noticed a leak on my kitchen floor again. I called Len the Plumber and they sent a different plumber out. He was so nice and pleasant The difference was like day and night. He was very eager to help. He moved the washer that was in front of the water heater and said that the heater was NOT leaking, but there was still a leak. | |The original plumber did not put the plastic pipe properly in the drain pipe and that caused the second leak. | |

Description of Work: There was a leak in the basement. The plumber investigated, found the problem and fixed it. Sounds easy but we also had water problems due to leakage from the foundation. The plumber persevered, finding a leak from the powder room above,

Description of Work: Removed clog and upgraded drain line to PVC. It went great. We have always counted on Len the Plumber to be timely, professional, and to provide quality materials and workmanship. We have used them three times and never been disappointed.

But, with all of my encounters with Len The Plumber the dispatcher is friendly, careing, and knows what I'm talking about. They schedule someone to come at my convenience and if that person is late they call to tell me. The plumbers are smart and describe everything they are going to do and why. They are always looking ahead-instead of bandaiding an issue they fix it.

Description of Work: The outside spigot to the house had burst and was leaking water in my garage. The plumber replaced and braced the new spigot. He did so promptly and in a short amount of time. He had arrived slightly before the appt time, which was welcomed. Although the price for the work seems a little high to me, I know professional plumbers are costly by the hour. This job was quoted for the job not time. Nonetheless, I have used Len the Plumber in the past and have been nothing short of happy with the workmanship and reliability. I definitely would use them again.
