Description of Work: we hired them to come repair an old toilet. the repairman told us that he could not repair it and that would be $50. We contacted Len the Plumber and explained that we had been clear that this was an old toilet and that we were told they would have the necessary parts. They refunded the $50 and we were impressed at their honesty. BTW I got an $8 part and repaired it myself.

Description of Work: I had a broken pipe which ran for three days over a holiday weekend while I was away. When I returned home, There was 8 inches of water in my basement. I called and despite the large number of emergency calls, Len the Plumber showed up and spent the next two days working on my emergency call. They were very professional and made some recommendations for other repairs. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Jay!!!

Description of Work: They came to repair a toilette they had installed last summer. But, with all of my encounters with Len The Plumber the dispatcher is friendly, careing, and knows what I'm talking about. They schedule someone to come at my convenience and if that person is late they call to tell me. The plumbers are smart and describe everything they are going to do and why. They are always looking ahead-instead of bandaiding an issue they fix it.
