Description of Work: I have used Shamrock twice and both times I was thrilled with the quality of work. I have a dog who loves to rub himself along the back of my yellow sofa and you can guess how that would look after a few months. Both times, the sofa looked new following the Shamrock treatment. Very pleased all around.

Description of Work: Tim, the owner of Shamrock was very responsive professional and courteous. He arrived on time for our initial appointment. He cleaned my basement carpet, basement stairs and living room and dining room carpets. |A few days after he left some stains in the basement carpet showed through again, no fault of his. It was a basement carpet abused by years of teenagers use and spills. When asked to come back out to see if he could do anything about spot treating those stains, he came back out and did. |I highly recommend Tim and Shamrock for your carpet cleaning needs. |I will call him again when I need the services.

Description of Work: Tim at Shamrock is the ultimate in professionalism. I've used his company for approximately 10 years, and I am still amazed at how great my carpet looks when he is finished. I often think about getting new carpeting but Tim does such a great job that it just has not been necessary!

Description of Work: I use this company to come clean the carpets in my Owings Mills, MD rental townhome whenever I am preparing to rent out to a new tenant. I really like the owner as he is timely, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They are quite talented and know how to get out stains and specialize in carpet stretching at a very reasonable price. It was my last encounter with Shamrock that put them over the top for me. I had a tenant who decided to move out at the very last minute and I was only going to be in Maryland for 2 quick days to check on my property and have it ready to be turned over. I needed the maids to come in first and wanted the carpets cleaned (and stretched) last. I was super stressed but the owner was very understanding and re-arranged his schedule and came to do my carpets that evening after completing a larger project. I was very grateful and was able to take care of other business in town while he completed the work and locked up. They are my "go-to" carpet cleaning company.
