They designate one person to be your technician. They are always on time, professional, and reliable. We are very happy with them.

They are also doing a HVAC now. They come in on time. They show up when they say they will show up. The price is competitive. Their performance is very professional. They offer good deals because they like repeat customers.

They did a good job for me. I called the office and they were able to send someone out within eight hours. I liked the way that they worked and they made sure to protect things around them. I thought that their price was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.

Before beginning any work, Paul called me (I was at work) with a detailed proposal and estimate. He followed up with a call describing his findings, suggested I take time to think about how to proceed, and offered to make recommendations for a tiling professional to repair the problem. We have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and Paul further described alternative design models that are currently used and some of the maintenance we might expect over the long haul with the tricky structural issues that are involved. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.

We usually request a plumber named Paul. He was punctual. He explained thoroughly what he had to do. He gave me advice on other things that we might consider having done with the faucet. He is very personable and friendly. We like dealing with him. He did a great job. The only thing about the company is they are a little pricey. But they are worth the price. They never have to come back and re-do anything. I would recommend them and use them again.

This was an important job so you really want someone that you trust to do the work. He was neat, quick and got the job done! I was very satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend them to others. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied. They were punctual and very courteous in my home.

Tony arrived on time and immediately went to work. His work was done neatly. He cleaned up after himself at each project. He even stayed late to finish the valve replacement in the kitchen so that the next day's dishwasher installation would go easier. He is always pleasant, courteous and considerate. He explained all the charges on his invoice and asked if there were any questions.

The worker was professional. Worker arrived on time and was able to complete a rather simple scheduled repair quickly. The price was quoted up front and I was shocked, but I approved the price because I did not have time to get another plumber. The repair took less than 4 hours. If you feel comfortable dealing with a plumber who charges over $250 an hour, then you cant do better than Shipley.

Their staff were prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. They didnt criticize the previous scan, but worked conscientiously to pinpoint the location of the break, then reported it to WSSC. They even followed up with us later to be sure the work had been scheduled. We were really grateful for the help, and wed feel very confident hiring Shipley again for anything.

The plumber the company sent out was very courteous and professional. He even covered his shoes before entering our home. He provided us with estimates before performing the work and then was quick and thorough. It was the most pleasant experience weve ever had with a plumber.
