although the water taste could be improved the levels of non desirable elements was below thresholds for treatment. As such Water Doctor recommended against water treatment. Similarly, water pressure was acceptable; the recommendation was to make no changes.

Overall positive experience with Water Doctor's. Their technician Shawn arrived promptly at 130pm despite my late arrival. He was polite, professional, and also provided a tutorial of the well water system. We are new to well water - so the tutorial came in handy. After answering my questions and completing the tutorial, Shawn promptly started his work and finished the job satisfactorily.

I was not getting water pressure inside the house. I called a local plumber and the diagnosis was that the pump was running hot (drawing too much amp but not drawing water at appropriate rate and the well pump needed replacement. Fortunately, the plumber did not have an opening until next week. Decided to call Water Doctor since they installed my water treatment system two years ago and was able to get the next day appointment. Water Doctor is great in that they have all the county record on the well. They recommended that a technician to come out and diagnose the problem first and if the pump needed to be replaced they recommend a higher flow and horsepower compared to the current one we have given the depth of the well and household size. Price quoted was much more reasonable than the local plumbing company. Technician came out and found burnt wires at the well which he replaced. Given he was still within the hour of service period, he replaced the worn out brass adapter that was leaking as well. Vicky and team are great. Highly recommend them for any work related to water treatment and well.

Technician walked me through the system and demonstrated maintenance steps that we can conduct ourselves as well as suggested alterations that will make maintenance easier in the future and lower service costs. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Tried to upsell us at the initial meeting, and then when the water was too soft (couldn't get shampoo out of our hair and we were so slimy it was disgusting) they told us we needed to buy another item from them to bypass the water softener they just put in! They are coming out for their "free follow up" visit. I wish they'd just take their equipment and refund me - unfortunately I won't be so lucky. And then I will have to pay more money to get it corrected. how RIDICULOUS is that? Since I am in the real estate industry, I will make sure NOT to recommend this company.

These options addressed your specific request (hard water); as well as a quote to treat the acidic water. At this visit, we generally review the quote and answer questions. It is unfortunate you were not available to meet with the estimator to review the recommendations. Your husband had to leave to attend to business; so there was not opportunity to review the quote with him either. I have used Water Doctor for years. They initially installed my water conditioner tank, followed in the past few years by a water softener. They come yearly to treat the chemicals in the conditioner. They have always done a great job and that's why I trust them and continue to use them. The costs have increased, but nothing out of the ordinary given rising costs on just about everything else.

Vicky performed the consultation in my home, testing my water and explaining the installation process. She was extremely courteous and informative, specifically recommending the lower-capacity model for my house size and water consumption habits even though I was prepared to pay for a higher-capacity one.
Shawn installed the unit in about 3 hours. He was clearly very adept and efficient at his craft, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up afterward.
The process really could not have been more straightforward and stress-free. The unit consumes very little floor space and includes plenty of flexible piping between the mineral tank and the brine tank, which allows the brine tank to be moved around if necessary. They even threw in a full tank of potassium chloride.
I shopped around before hiring the Water Doctor. What they offer is an extraordinary value.

Communication has always been excellent. Staff are friendly, punctual and professional. System works very well now. It took a couple of trips to identify the issues (remaining piece of equipment from the old system) but the change to the new system has made our water tastse excellent, removing the iron that was discoloring the house from the soprinkler systems. It's a pleasure working with the company, everyone from the team that answers the phone to the professionals that visit the house to work on the system. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a decent water company.

The entire experience was pleasant and stress free. The technician who answered our questions on the phone was helpful and friendly.
Vicky came to do our water test and arrived right on time. She was also friendly and helped us choose the option that fit our needs the best. No sales pressure and quotes without discounts if you buy that day was refreshing and appreciated.
Carl was professional and his work was great and very neat. Carl went above and beyond what was required to meet our specific installation requirements.

The estimator tested the water on-site and got the results immediately. The discussion about the type of treatment system needed was direct and honest, and there was no guesswork about which problems with the well water "might" have to be addressed.
I got much more information about the treatment types and requirements than any other contractor offered, and there was no up-sell or feeling that additional issues were going to be "discovered" during the installation. The discussion of the proposed system during the estimate was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was amazed that so much information was given voluntarily, and that the estimator was not in a hurry to dismiss my questions.
Their price included the neutralizer tank and all of the installation. They were quiet and thorough when they were doing the job. They did all the work they said that they would do, and the final price was the same as the estimate.
I was very impressed with the qualifications of the estimator, the long history of the business, and that so many of company's personnel have the capability to test water samples, analyze problems, and discuss them intelligently. They blew away the other contractors with their straightforward and solid business approach.
