Hi [member name removed], I'm sorry that we weren't able to work with you on your home's energy efficiency project. We're coming out of our busy season now and I just looked into the disconnect in communication as we strive to reach out to all customer inquiries within a 48 hour time frame... even during January in New England :). You are absolutely correct, we did not get back to you and we greatly apologize. We had upgraded to MS Exchange on the day of 1/29/13 and had a few quirks to work out over the next few days. When we replied to your email, the email had gone to the individual administering the software upgrade and unfortunately he did not forward the email back to the customer support team.
