It went fine, the provider took it upon himself to find parking that would not disrupt traffic on our one way street. They stayed in touch, really smooth.

Service performed as expected. The tech was very friendly and a credit to the company.

The provider came to our house promptly with the shred truck. We carried out approx. 10 boxes of items to be shredded and I was able to watch them go through the shredder via closed circuit TV (CCTV). The company representative was personable and explained the process, and the service was prompt, exactly what I had anticipated, and done in my driveway. It was a very good experience.

The person called to let me know when he was coming w/ his shredding truck and I met him on the street w/ 5 boxes of documents, it was easy, quick and very convenient.

I saw their truck in the neighborhood and asked if they could shred a very large pile of old papers in binders; they promptly loaded their barrel and shredded the papers. Couldn't have been easier.

Let me first say that I have saved paper since the beginning of time. The thought of having to shred everything I don't need anymore was overwhelming, so it just stayed in file cabinets taking up space. When I saw the deal on Angie's List for a shredding company that would come to my house, it was like a dream come true. And, the whole process from beginning to end was smooth and very easy. Harry got back to me, I think it was the same day that I purchased the deal and accommodated one of my chosen dates. I had a question before the date arrived and he answered it promptly and with the helpful information I needed. On the day of the appointment, the technician, Dennis called me when he was five minutes away to let me know that he would be here soon. He arrived right at 8:00 as scheduled. He explained the process, carried the storage tubs for me and put all of the materials into a large upright barrel and fed it all into the machine. I was able to watch it shred everything on a monitor on the side of the truck. It shredded over a hundred pounds of paper in about 2 minutes. Dennis was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the system. I handed him a tip while he was on the phone. And he left. A couple of minutes later there was a knock on the door. He came back to tell me that I had given him too much and was I sure that I meant to give him that. It wasn't that much. I was so impressed with every aspect of this company that I just purchased another service. I still have more paper to shred!

They WERE ON TIME. Gave great explanation of how work was to be done. The employee they sent to do the work could not have been more attentive to my needs I would use them again in a heartbeat. Even helped with the empty cartons breaking them down and stacking them. Just a great job all around.

Highland was able to schedule service within a few days of my inquiry. Driver and van showed up on time (approximately at the beginning of the 2-hour window. I had assembled the material on my front porch; he transferred it into a barre; and brought it to the curb and the truck. Driver was polite and pleasant to work with. Despite no prior arrangement, Highland was willing to honor a $50 coupon. I believe in shopping with local businesses and would go back for sure next time I need stuff shredded.
