Quick and easy. Great guy! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect. Driver was a bit early but was able to return at the scheduled time. Had his own cart so he was able to bring the documents up from my storage unit in the basement. Very professional, efficient, fast, and friendly.

He was pretty good. On time, I would actually give him all A's too. He was on time and he got it done very quickly and I think my job was much smaller than he is used to so he came, he was done in like few minutes, for me it was a big deal for him it was not a big deal. He came, he shredded, he left.

A friendly, helpful and professional young man met me at the office. He wouldn't let me lift a finger, and in the next 20 minutes or so he carried the boxes out to the shredder in the truck and took care of my work. He eventook the boxes for disposal. I could not have expected a better experience and as I downsize I will call Highland Shredding to help me. I called the business when the worker left to compliment his work and manner and the owner answered and thanked me for taking the time to call and comment on the work. By the way, the shredded material is 1O0% recycled. Great experience all round.

Smooth as silk from start to finish! This company definitely earns its top ranking in the shredding business! Dennis was courteous and professional,and punctual,calling ahead to give a heads up to his arrival. Incidentally,what is impressive is the 2 hr window they allow when you call to schedule,unlike most outfits who give you a 5 or 6 hr window.Anyhow ,a 15 minute "heads up" was made by Dennis,and he was right on time! In less than a half hour ,all was mulched in their high- tech truck,equipped with a camera so you could see the progress once the bin was dumped into the shredding unit. Nothing could be easier! Big thumbs up and a hearty recommendation,total pleasure to deal with!

The whole experience went very smoothly. Sam set up my appointment and adjusted my pickup to work with my schedule. I have to say I waited a couple of months before using the coupon but it was no problem. I got in under the expiration date. Dennis just came by in the truck today to shred the materials. Very pleasant and professional. I was able to see the shredding process via camera:) I'm so glad HS still does residences. Thank you!!

It was a great service and worth every penny. I had purchased what was considered a heavy duty shredder but it was a painful process. They were able to shred years worth of papers in 10 minutes! I was very happy with the service.

I'm 350 pounds lighter! This was a fabulous experience. I bought the special in October as incentive to finally get rid of all this stuff. They contacted me immediately and I told them I needed a few months. They contacted me again a few months ago to remind me. I contacted them a week ago to say I was ready, they contacted me within 24 hours and they were able to come on the precise day I requested. BTW, in looking through old files, I was shocked about how frequently social security numbers showed up on documents. I'm so grateful - thank you!

Slight issue with scheduling but no big deal. Showed up on time on the rescheduled date. Gentleman was courteous, friendly and very professional. Took all of five minutes I think. Much cheaper than buying a high quality shredder which was our other option. Would highly recommend if you have a high volume of items to shred.

Went smoothly and without any issues

Highland Shredding was excellent. I purchased an Angie deal for $99. They contacted me right away and made the entire process seamless. Received call when they were on the way. Arrived when they said they would and within minutes all documents were shredded right at my home. Without reservation would retain their services in the future. Primpt, professional, and efficient.

It was a good experience and I would use the company again, but hopefully I won't have to because I don't want to save that much stuff again!

I received an email promptly after taking the special offer through Angie's list and set up a date for shredding. I got a call when the truck was heading my way and it arrived on time. The driver helped move the boxes out of the house and let me watch as the material was emptied into a barrel which was then loaded into the shredder. The process could be watched live on a video screen on the truck. Much faster than using a home shredder and more convenient than lugging boxes to another location. Very professional.
