Highland Shredding

I received a quick response to my inquiry regarding pricing from Highland Managing Partner Harold ("Harry") Paicopolos who was both friendly and professional. Highland's price was approximately 1/3 that of a competitor I've used in the past for on site shredding, and they were able to do the work the next day which I really appreciated. The truck arrived exactly on time; the work was done efficiently and well, and the job was finished within 20 minutes. I will definitely use Highland again when I need shredding done and look forward to recommending them to family and friends.

Highland was prompt and very efficient. I had received a coupon in the mail making the price really attractive (about $50 less than normal). They came and shredded everything in my driveway in no more than 15 minutes. Excellent!

We set up an appointment at my house. The truck showed up when promised and made quick work of the shredding. It took all of ten minutes to do what would have taken me a few days, at least, and probably would have burnt out my home shredder. I took advantage of a ValPak coupon that came in the mail, but even without the discount the price would have been fair for service at home. Their price for taking the boxes to them would have been even better. I would heartily recommend this company.

Was very flexible with the available time slots, and with rescheduling. Arrived on time, and the whole process (shredding 20 boxes) took about 30 minutes. Shredded everything with the exception of binders and the original boxes.

What a welcome relief to finally get rid of reams of paper (10 boxes worth) with sensitive information collected over 22 years. The whole process literally took minutes. Driver(Dennis) arrived on time and was polite, pleasant and efficient. I hope to never collect so much material needing shredding ever again but, if I did, would use this company in a heartbeat.

Excellent communication in advance of agreed upon date of service. Delayed by traffic, but called in advance to advise us of this delay. Once arrived, managed to get through the job despite some sluggishness to the shredder due to density of paper load. Accommodated our need for shredding of several more boxes of paper than was included in the original Angie's List Big Deal and appropriately advised of costs for additional work in advance. Driver was polite and efficient. Would hire again.

Efficient, friendly and professional

It was wonderful. I may have them come back in a few months or so. They did a nice job. They were here February 21st maybe. I did not pay more than the $99. They are coming back again. I would tell others that it is safe. You can look at the paper while it's being shredded. I had to change my time 2 or 3 times and they were very accommodating. The worker was fine. He was professional and friendly.

perfect-we were able to get rid of 25 years of paper files we no longer needed-about 4 large file draws of old receipts, invoices, copies of bills, etc. They were very professional, extremely prompt, communication was excellent. Thank you!
