Description of Work: They pick up containers of old paper records for shredding at the time scheduled. Courteous, reliable, good price (special promotion). In our case, they shredded the records off site, so I cannot comment on being an eye witness to the actual shredding process!

Description of Work: I loved these guys. They delivered on all their promises. The best part is I got to witness the shredding in real time by looking at a video screen on the side of their truck in the front of my house. Takes the worry out of the whole process. Thank you.

Description of Work: Highland Shredding was able to choose a mutually agreeable time to come to my home office and shred the cartons of documents I put aside for them. The person came as requested and answered all of my questions, carried the boxes and returned those I wanted to keep, showed me how to observe the process (a requirement in my business), and explained his job to me. The whole process was efficient and the person was polite, professional and very helpful. I'm sorry I do not recall the name of the man who did the job for me.

Description of Work: they shredded a large quantity of documents for me after I had cleaned out a relative's house. i left a huge pile of papers in real disorder, bags and crates and boxes. i could not be home when they came so i just covered everything with a tarp. when i got home, they had neatly arranged all the empty containers and recovered everything with the tarp. very impressed. also very responsive to emails and very nice on the phone.
