Description of Work: They shredded about 8 boxes of paper. The gentleman was outstanding and I got to see my paper go up and through the shredder as there is a camera on the truck. I would hire them in a heartbeat!!

Description of Work: Shredded documents on site for me and two colleagues. We could see the documents being shredded in the truck, so we knew the job was done. We were given a receipt showing that 10 boxes of documents were shredded. All done in 15 minutes. The only problem with timing was that he wanted to come earlier than planned, and that was a little difficult, but not a big problem.

They showed up on time, called to say they were on their way, took my heavy bin with no problem, and showed me how to watch to ensure that my materials were shredded. It took very little time. I spoke to the owner Harry to set this up. He was terrific. Very professional, cordial, re-assuring. The technician who came to my home was also.

Description of Work: Met us in storage unit in Medford, called ahead to meet them, very courteous and professional, explained the process, had option to view screen where shredding occurred, very quick, operator extremely friendly but professional. I would use them again in a minute. One of my Angie's "best buys."

Description of Work: Highland Shredding arrived at my home to perform shredding services. They shredded 4 bankers boxes worth of documents. Their custom truck has all of the equipment on-board. The only item they needed to bring into my home was a large, empty recycle bin to shuttle the documents outside. Note that they do not accept or shred the actual bankers boxes. The documents must be emptied from the boxes into the recycle bin. The bin is wheeled over to the truck which automatically loads the documents into the shredding hopper. There is a camera and LCD screen to view the shredding in real time. The whole operation was performed flawlessly and occupied a total of 10 minutes of my time. I highly recommend Highland Shredding. I will be using them for my future shredding needs.

Description of Work: They took all of the paper out of 10 file boxes and shredded them in their truck in our driveway. They do not take the cardboard file boxes. (I think this would be a great option.) They were on time and answered emails within 24 hours each of the two times we contacted them. They can shred spiral bound notebooks (as long as they're not bigger than 8.5 X 11. They cannot shred 3 ring binders. Great job!
