Birch Hill Critter Solutions

On Friday morning I saw under my back porch that a groundhog had dug a vast, flyblown tunnel. Went online, found Critter solutions. Bob was at my home within 3 hours, outlined a solution, gave a price. I accepted. Saturday afternoon my neighbor sent me a photo of the groundhog now outside, looking for a new home. Worth every penny!

I sent a message, and 10 minutes later I received a call back. Unlike another company that I tried calling several times with no return call. Bob told me that he would get right on it and he was here the very next day. Did what he said he would do. Things are I place and sealed. Bat problem be gone. He said it could take a couple weeks to be rid of them. Thanks Again!

Bob came out within an hour after I called while other services said it might be up to two weeks before they could do an inspection His inspection was thorough and he patiently explained every step of the process and answered every question. Work crew was out later the same day. They haven't yet returned (another week or so) but I expect their return and final close-up to be as professional as their first work on the house. And, most important, no more bats to this point!

Bob briefly shares who he is, his work history, his work ethic, then he tells you what needs to be done, he tells you how it's going to be done, he tells you how it's all going to unfold, all while looking you directly in the eye, then he delivers 100%. He was the first to respond to my HomeAdvisor request, he showed up promptly within a day from an hour away, he returned promptly with his team after we agreed to move forward. His guys were absolute gentlemen, everyone was very concerned about keeping my house clean, not a speck was left behind inside or out, they were quiet and worked very quickly. I had a massive colony of bats humanely removed and a ton of guano cleaned out with sophisticated machinery. I was so impressed with the whole process from start to finish.

Bobby came on the day I called and fixed the problem by installing bird-proof plastic cages to the air vents, and fashioning screening to the odd-sized duct. What a relief! I was starting to feel like Bill Murray on Caddyshack but now I can go back to my regularly scheduled life.

We had a raccoon that is impossible to get out. Trouble from the start. Quite a night mare but Bob and his team go the extra mile to help you out. They are excellent to work with, explains everything. Would highly recommend him and his team. Outstanding. Rob and Linda

Bob was so prompt in returning my call and came just as quick. This was a seasonal cottage and late in the season so timing was everything. He was thorough and quite knowledgeable. The job was done and explained in detail, what to expect and what to do during the off season to help keep the cottage free of critters. We shall see next spring. Would definitely recommend him!
