I have a septic tank. I needed it pumped. Only one company - of the half-dozen I called - bothered to answer the phone. The administrator in their office is always incredibly pleasant, to the point I actually enjoy having to call their company. They come very quickly after I phone them, and I have used them exclusively for years for this reason. This visit, I showed their service tech the damage done to the cover on the septic tank by a poorly-handled lawn mower, and they gave us a quote and delivery date for a new cover. This is the only remotely negative experience I've ever had with this company: they said they would return in two weeks with the cover. And then didn't. After about a month I called the office, and the kind lady on the phone was mortified that my cover had never been delivered, apologized, and immediately fixed the problem. It arrived within days, and was installed despite a thick layer of snow.. I expect mistakes to be made from time to time, and she handled it perfectly - professionally and promptly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
