Had an issue with the molding. They did a great job fixing it. The house is much warmer with these windows. I also used them for insulating the attic last year. That reduced my gas bill in half.

Had an issue because of the weather conditions and they came out immediately to fix it.

I got new windows, doors, and gutter covers. It took two long months for Nescor to finally come do the work, and I had to keep calling to see what was going on. Customer service was lacking, but as I told the manager for my project, the installers did such a good job that their work saved the company's reputation. Also I am VERY happy with the quality of the materials. The people I dealt with were all very pleasant, but if you use Nescor bring lots of patience to the table!

Nescor was good to deal with, but the contractors that did the work left a little to desire on the clean-up portion of the job.

I`m very disappointed. After 18000.00 I ended up with holes in my less than 2 month old driveway. I was left with roofing nails and sharp jagged pieces of metal through-out my yard and flower beds. The workers used my bathroom all day. The port-a-potty sat there for a whole week with a hugh dumpster. The day before they started work the port-a-potty was removed. Lightening rod cables were left dangleing from the sides of my home. The gutters were taken down and left in my flower beds. I had to call and have them come back to reinstall the gutters. It took 2 weeks to get the driveway repaired. Now I have a new driveway with big patches in it. Thanks NESCOR

The person that measured the windows got one measurement wrong he had to many distracting phone calls now I have to wait for one window But other than that couldn't be more pleased with the job and the installers Dave and Justin very professional and polite.

They are very available up front. once the job was complete, I haven't been able to get anyone to come fix and check out things. Had an appointment this morning finally but they did not show or call.

I was pleased with the roof and the work, but the roof I choose was very expensive. There is always a little "buyer's remorse", but this roof will outlive me.

Very prompt on delivery of product, and dumpster, However took 5 days to remove dumpster and portable toilet. Customer service needs major improvement. Very little follow up after installation. Installers very good. and roof looks excellent.

The people don't call you back my roof leaks the dumpster is still in my driveway 2 weeks later so I finally called the people to have it removed you don't get to see a bill so you don't know what exactly your paying for its over priced crap

We wound up getting a lifetime metal roof and the features they included were mind boggling. The service and install thought of everything to zero-impact our home. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and made me feel like a millionaire. The product is the best I've ever seen and the company is the best I've ever dealt with. Call them if you want to be pampered, rewarded, and given a bargain.

I hired them to do an energy audit and they were able to fix my ice back-up problem which caused water damage to the interior of house. Two days latter they installed gutter shields to alleviate this problem. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I chose to do this after seeing how this product is designed.

I had the windows replaced in the winter which made it difficult for cleanup I had to call for a screen to be placed on the patio door as it was not put in with installation They sent the wrong one and it took 2 weeks When I went to move the screen in warmer weather it wouldn't move . They came within 2 days and fixed it I like the quality of the windows The cost is high

Very high pressure sales tactics. Rushed to do work and be paid even though I signed contract stating that I would arrange a date for install when I had arranged to have the money on hand to pay. Installers came a day early and wanted payment even though I told them that I would not have the money for two more days.
