Lack of commitment and did not stick to the original contract. He used my time concerns to his advantage. As a customer, I felt completely betrayed.

After seeing the fantastic job that Sasha and his team at WELES US FLOORING did refinishing the floors in my son's home we decided to get him to come out and give us a quote. In this day and age we were pleased to see that Sasha responded to our initial contact promptly, and arrived at our home exactly when promised. We found Sasha to be courteous and professional. We requested that Sasha give us a quote to refinish the floors in our large family room, our kitchen, the eat-in area, bathroom and hallway. He clearly explained what the process would entail, provided written explanations of the process and materials used, and made suggestions without making us feel pressured. After he left we decided that we would also like to have our ceramic tile entryway removed and replaced to match the rest of the adjacent wood flooring. (It was a "now or never" decision.) Sasha was happy to oblige and responded to our messages and questions quickly. Sasha's team arrived on time every day they were expected, and were busy throughout the day. They were personable and professional. It was nice that they stayed on schedule and finished the job as anticipated. That's a rarity in this day and age! The floors look fabulous; actually better than they looked when new! Sasha came out to inspect the finished work. Sasha and his team provided excellent customer service at a reasonable price. Originally, the floor finish did not turn out as expected. The team came out multiple times until we were satisfied with the result. This level of customer service is appreciated and a rare commodity in today environment.

I have an an older home, built in 19219. I retired about a year and a half ago and have been going through the house room by room, patching and painting the walls and ceilings. This house has seen many pets over the years and has numerous stains on the floors. Before calling in someone to do the floors, I looked at some YouTube videos for advice and then I tried sanding and sanding and sanding those areas, then applying 12% hydrogen peroxide. It worked very well on some and hardly phased other ones. I couldn't afford to have them all replaced so I went ahead and called a few outfits to get estimates to refinish the floors. Weles Wood Floor Services in Watertown Mass (weles.wood@gmail. com) was the only one that could do the job soon. Vladimir from Weles came out and discussed it with me. He sent me a proposal with 4 different options on how it would be finished. I chose the second cheapest one because I thought there's not much sense into getting a high grade job for this banged up floor and also because the cheapest option didn't use a drum sander which is what this floor needed. So Pasha was the young man who came out to do the work. After sanding most of the living room floor, instead of just showing me a brochure with the different shades that were available to me, he masked off 6 squares on the floor, each about a foot square, then applied the different shades that were available to me, some involving staining the floor first so I could see exactly what each one would look like. I found it hard to believe an outfit would go through that trouble. I had the bedroom done before and also because I'm a mechanic, I had a good idea of the work involved. So as the work progressed, I was surprised at how much work was going into this and I started to worry that he must be doing one of the higher priced options that I could ill afford, but when the floor was done, it was the price quoted to me with the only additional cost being I had later chose

If i could give Weles flooring 6 stars i would. From initial email to finishing job they were nothing but professional. My floors look fantastic and they hadn't been done in over 30 years. Communication with Weles was great, which is non-existent nowadays. Workers were great. Price was excellent, they didn't send just one option, they sent 4

Weâ d received cheaper quotes from other flooring services, but based on the very thorough itemized estimate he provided, we could tell that he and his team would do the job right. For the quality of the workmanship, the price was very reasonable. Sasha also gave great advice when we were stuck on some decisions, and was very knowledgeable, personable, and communicative. We hired them to sand, stain our wooden floors plus adding some in our closets. All very straightforward and transparent from the start, plenty of options all well explained and then they executed beautifully what promised. Highly recommended business.

Over the past 40 years, we have owned three homes. During that time, we have hired various contractors for remodeling purposes and other jobs. We have never had the level of customer service, quality workmanship, and fair pricing as this company provides. They are highly professional and their workmanship is beyond expectation. They were at my home everyday without leaving to go to other jobs. WithIn 3 days, over 1400 square feet of hardwood was beautifully installed. My home was left perfectly clean as they took care of that at the end of the job. Their pricing was outstanding compared to other estimates that were received. This company should teach at Harvard Business School and show people how to run a successful business where it is clear that the customer comes first and quality is a priority.

So pleased! My ugly amber red oak floors have been transformed into a beautiful sand color that Vlad was able to replicate from a photo, perfectly by custom mixing stains and applying a perfect satin finish. Sasha was amazing, they started the job on the day they said they would and worked every day until it was finished. Top quality products, professional, polite, extremely hard working, always responsive, meticulous work. You won't be disappointed. Sasha was also able to coordinate the moving company to move my furniture and they were top notch as well :) Thank you guys for all your hard work and patience! We did try many color samples and ended up choosing the first custom color Vlad created!

They showed up wearing masks at ALL time, since safety is a #1 priority right now. They were VERY professional and did an excellent job bringing my 17 yr old hardwood floors to life. Floors were sanded, but there wasn't any excess dust and they allowed me to select several colors for stain samples before deciding which color I like. I LOVE my floors! I would definitely recommend them.

They exceeded our expectations! We did an ambitious home renovation/addition. Weles dealt with challenging subfloor conditions- uneven concrete slabs and wood subfloors. And they managed to make our new wide-plank wood floor installation level and beautiful. No transitions were required! They use high-performance products and equipment.
