Company was unresponsive, inferior communication. Here is the correspondence over two weeks that you wouldn’t believe unless I copied it here: Company: “See you tomorrow morning around 8am”, Customer: “Great. My husband will be here to meet you. He has to leave at 8:15AM so if you could be here closer to 07:45AM that would be marvelous. If this doesn’t work with your schedule, we can find some other time. But we certainly appreciate your prompt reply.” Company: “Lets do it tomorrow or saturday then”, Customer: “Ok, we are available Friday again before 8:15AM and I am available Friday after 5pm. Saturday I am available after 9AM. Thanks”. No answer, follow-up message from customer: “Hi, we’d appreciate if you confirmed when you plan to come. Makes planning around our baby much easier so that someone is freed up to meet with you when you arrive.” Company: Hi, when you gonna be home to come to take a look of the job?”, Customer: “Can you do Friday at noon?”, Company: “tomorrow after 3pm?”, Customer: “Sorry I have a doctors appointment at 3pm and work after 5pm. How about Monday afternoon?” Company: “Hi, do you gonna be home today?” Customer: “Thank you but another company already completed the job. Have a great day.”

Very great! Very friendly and hard workers, honest about prices. They had excellent craftsmanship it exceeded my expectations of how it would come out. They were flexible when I wanted to add a little more to what we were doing. Def would use again. Price was reflective of estimate! Thank you Rudy and team!

Rudy was really quick to give me a quote and worked very efficiently to level my front yard and put in a new lawn with sod. He also replaced some plants that were destroyed when the new pipe was put in. With sod, you need to wait a number of weeks before mowing. I wasn’t sure I had waited long enough and Rudy not only checked to see if it was ready 4 weeks later but also mowed it for me. Very sweet guy!

Rudy and his team did a great job. They showed up on time, were very efficient and got all the work done in less than 4 hours! The property looks great and we will be using this company for future spring/fall cleanups!

Bait and switch. Don't believe the deals he gives as they will either not honor or tell you the job will cost much more that then deal price

Excellent service for both types of work performed. Quick response and very punctual. A real lifesaver this past winter when there were frequent snow storms and we needed to get into or out of our driveway at specific times before or after work. We will definitely use Rudy again for these services as well as for other landscaping projects.

Rudy and his helper are excellent gardeners and very nice guys. His price is very reasonable. They did a great job and I look forward to using and recommending them in the future.

Rudy came out to the house and gave us an estimate of the work. The size of the patio ended up being larger than the original Angie's List deal but he have gave us an excellent price on the additional work. The work took longer than expected because of the weather but Rudy came out on Saturday to complete the project. We were happy with the results.

Purchased a big deal for a fall cleanup but because of timing this took place in spring. We finally scheduled for this past Friday at 8am, but they did not arrive until 905 (no call, no text) We walked my property and he stated with all the debris (downed small tree limbs) it would take 4 hours, not the 2 that the original big deal was for.. and it would cost 300, not 210. I had an appointment in a neighboring city so I left the check with my roommate, but I told him I was returning around noon (before the 4 hours) and he was concerned.. I should have known right there. Anyway, I get home early at 1055 and see they are gone! So not only did it NOT take 4 hours, but it didn't even take 2 hours! I feel ripped off as I just paid 2 guys $75/hr to walk my yard with backpack blowers... Disappointed.

They were prompt, professional, and made some great suggestions for dealing with a couple spots that have never been able to support grass. We're very happy.

Rudy was Responsive and set up a time to come that was convenient. Did the job as promised. Estimates for other work was a bit high.

I contacted Rudy by email through Angie's List because there was a Deal for 4 hours leaf clean-up for $234. He responded to my email right away. We set up a day and time for the work. I was relieved because most landscapers have stopped doing clean-ups for the season. Rudy and 3 other guys arrived to do the work as scheduled. I understood that the Deal was for 4 man-hours of work, so the 4 of them could take 1 hour to complete the task. I also understood, as stated on his page, that leaf disposal would be an extra fee. I agreed to the $150 disposal fee, though I thought that was a little high. Rudy and his guys did a great job cleaning up the yard. As an added bonus, they removed the ratty looking remains of the summer vegetation from the beds. I was very pleased with RM Affordable Landscaping and plan to hire them to do my spring clean-up. Rudy was a delight to deal with. He is professional and very engaging. Thank you, Rudy!!

The yard looks beautiful and it was done exactly the way I wanted.

He told me to ask for my refund. He along with his cousin Roberto of Watertown are not going by written details. There is nothing written that 3 or 4 people may come and do work in one hour(4 people) or one and a half hour (3 people).

Great! Rudy did a wonderful job with the initial project and I have since hired him for all the landscaping / maintenance at my home. Would definitely recommend!

They should have come first to look at the job. They arrived at the day and time they said but they had nothing to do what I needed them to do. They were to be here 2 hours so I had to think of something for them to do which was to trim two trees and then they said they were dying so I had them cut them down. They were finished in one hour and I paid them for two hours. I was so frustrated I could not think of some other things for them to do for another hour. I will never hire again without the company seeing the job.

Communicating by email and text was confusing. Sander, the boss, was unclear in his communications, did not come out first to evaluate the job but just showed up with his workmen. I told him what I wanted done and he did not have the proper equipment with him so they left and came back another day. The work was done well and efficiently and they cleaned up carefully. However, I accidentally overpaid Sandor and when I later that day realized my error and contacted him by text and email, he did not respond. Several days later I contacted him again and got no response. I contacted Angie's List, Tier 2 Team who responded very promptly and said they would contact Sander. After several days, Sander left my refund in my mail slot without replying to the Tier 2 Team's email, so again he created confusion there. Although they did a good job, I would say that Sander is not an honest person and he is difficult to communicate with. I would not use him again. I also feel I overpaid for the work that was done.

The phone number provided connects to a voicemail that is not in English. I left a voicemail with my contact information and no one called me back. A couple weeks later I received an email letting me know they could do the work the next day. I responded the next day (when I read the email) and said no thank you (that day did not coincide with my schedule) and please contact me to schedule an appointment. I provided several days that I would be available to meet RM Affordable Landscaping for them to perform the job. I have not heard back from anyone. I do not want to continue business with this company. I have sent a message to Angie's List to let them know that I cannot get in touch with RM Affordable Landscaping and that I do not want to be charged for this service-for which I have not received. I also want my $35.10 refunded that I paid to secure my appointment with RM Landscaping.

It went very well. Rudy and his crew were responsive and very clean. They did a fabulous job pruning some shrubs and giving the yard a good clean up.

Good..pd 4 hrs...bought 3 people. Only one and quarter hr of work.. did accomplish entire job..
