Responded promptly to request for services. Visited and reviewed work site and gave immediate price quote. Discussed options and worked with me to find best solution for needs vs budget. Project done as scheduled. Polite efficient workers, good clean up. Follow up on questions and concerns was prompt.

Jeff is very personable. I had some windows that wouldn't even close when he first came over, and he balanced them and closed them without trying to sell me anything. The windows were in bad shape, so I decided to have them replaced. Jeff was prompt in taking the measurements; however, there was some communication problems between us. My husband decided he wanted a different style than I had originally told Jeff. After several emails, we eventually got the ordered worked out. When the windows came in, I wasn't give an opportunity to schedule the installation. I was told when the installers were coming. Unfortunately, it was Thanksgiving week. I was initially told the installation would be done the first or second week of November. They only sent two installers, which was surprising. They were also missing the basement window I had ordered and some screens. The installers were professional and very hard working. They did a good job. Due to inclement weather, they were unable to caulk the main floor windows they installed. I'm awaiting the basement window, caulking and missing screens still. They do excellent work; however, this delay is also delaying my installation of a home security system and the delay could have been reasonably avoided. I will say that the windows and door are amazing! The decrease in drafts and noise in my home has been remarkable, and my husband and I are very happy with them.

Very very satisfied! My windows were original to the house and had practically no insulation. ProWindows removed these windows and the storm windows, and installed Harvey vinyl replacements. In all cases, they removed the old window sashes, removed the counter weights, added insulation, installed and caulked the new windows, and reinstalled the interior window trim. They removed all debris and cleaned up the job site. On the day of the job, they called and said they would be about 3-4 hours late. However, they offset this by sending a large crew that was able to complete all 12 windows in the same day. All of the work was done professionally, and Arte (who bid the work), showed up during the job to make sure I didn't have any additional questions. Jeff (one of the owners) came to the job site himself to do some of the work. Jeff was even helpful to return to my house at night to correct a small problem I had tilting in one of the windows. I tremendously value their personal service. I was so satisfied that I hired them to do another 7 windows a month later.

Ultimately we decided to restore rather than replace our old windows, and for the sake of simplicity in what turned out to be a big general renovation, we used the de-leading company that was already in the house for our new storm doors and windows. But we came away from our dealings with Jeff with the highest regard for him and his company. And we would incline toward using him and his company for any future replacement window or storm window projects. Jeff was professional and quite helpful, and spent a huge amount of time talking with us on the phone. Even after we decided on restoration, Jeff spoke with us by phone a few times to help us understand our restoration options and the pros and cons of the various restoration companies. This was at the start of what turned out to be a giant renovation, and Jeff's generosity and willingness to help us understand our options (even those that wouldn't give him business) was really appreciated. As for the storm windows, we decided to use a different company largely because the other company was already in the building for de-leading and other work, and we were looking to simplify. We would certainly call Jeff for any future storm or replacement window projects and we urge you to do the same!

ProWindows is fantastic. A careful assessment was done to determine exactly what we needed, and the workers were friendly and careful not to damage anything. The carpentry work was excellent. A minor misunderstanding in the installation was fixed in a timely and courteous manner. We even received a note from Diane Fisher thanking us for choosing them! Within days of completing the window installation, we lost our heat and hot water for six weeks due to a defective boiler that ultimately needed to be replaced. It was during the late fall and winter and very cold. I don't know what we would have done without the new windows, which kept the warmth from two space heaters inside the house rather than allowing it to leak outside. We definitely recommend ProWindows and are planning to call them again when we are reading to replace the rest of the windows in our house.

The sales call was very helpful. The installers were excellent. Pollo and his crew did a great job. They cleaned up any mess that was made. One window didn't fit right so they reordered it but it took longer to get the window then they predicted. When I called, I got different answers every time I called.

It was a great experience. They came out and gave me an estimate right away. They were professional and very flexible with scheduling. They came in and did the job the day that they were supposed to. They did a good job and left without leaving a mess. It was a good overall experience. They were more pricey than other companies, but it was worth it.

I thought that Jeff Fisher was the most professional out of all the contractors that I interviewed. I liked that they dealt solely in either new construction window installation or window replacement. The windows arrived in a timely manner and the installation took only two days. I did have a scratch in the glass of one window and they immediately replaced it. It was a good experience!

Jeff Fisher provided a quick and thorough estimate that was not the lowest. However, his reputation and company ownership business model gave me the confidence I sought to do business with him. I wanted to find a company that I could continue to do business with over time and trust that they would be there when needed, and I believe I found that company in Jeff Fisher and Pro Windows. They installed a beautiful window in less than 2 hours and would not leave until they were sure I was pleased with the results.

They came out and gave me an estimate and after I agreed to the price they came out a few days later and got it taken care of. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a fabulous job.

We had used this company before. They were easy to work with. Out of the two companies that we interviewed, this company gave us the better price on the windows. It took them 2 days to do the work. They sent a crew of 2. They were efficient. The istallation was good. They do not wash the windows, but they did vaccum. I am not an easy grader.

Project went very well, no surprises, Jeff was very professional, his crew friendly.

I have thought long about how to write this report. I want to be sure that I state the situation fully and fairly. Okay, here goes - Run, don't walk to this company! Don't dilly dally or bother with other companies, even if they are owned by your cousin or your sister's boy. This company does what it says it will do and even more. They are honorable and trustworthy. They take their reputation very seriously and put out the extra effort to make sure their customers are happy. Here is what happened to us. We needed to replace the windows in our house because of their deterioration. We contacted several companies and received several bids. While the bid from ProWindows was one of the best, the main reason we chose them is because of their reputation on Angie's List. Everything was done in the absolutely best way possible and I couldn't be happier. While one window arrived mis-sized, it was not their fault and the problem was rectified quickly. This was one of our best experiences with a home repair contracting company. Don't even consider anyone else. I wish this wasn't their only line of work.

They did an excellent job. They were professional and responsive to our questions and concerns as well. They gave us a lot of options for window styles and we appreciated having the choices for materials and styles. When we had a problem with one of the windows, ProWindows made sure that the window company representative was notified asap, and was very responsive. Overall, we'd use this company again!

Jeff came to do an estimate and unlike the other companies who send SALES GUYS, he, as the owner, showed up. No complicated sales pitch. Very direct, very honest and very knowledgeable. Only reason we did not go with Jeff is we got an incredible deal from another competitor, although we liked Jeff's professionalism and personality the best. Would call him again to do another estimate. ($8,000.00)

I thought they were very professional and timely. They had a very good price according to other estimates that I had received. They had the kind of window that I wanted. They got the job done in one day, so they were in and out.

They came out and gave me a quote on our project and it has been almost a year since we contacted them and they still have not gotten around to getting the work done for me.

Jeff and his crew were professional and responsive. Made an appointment with Jeff and he took all measurements and provided a estimate. The work was done in two days as promised.

The estimate was great, they came when they said that they would, cleaned up wonderfully, were very pleasant, fixed any issues without a problem, and checked with us a year later to see if we were still satisfied. I'd recommend them anytime. We are so glad that we replaced the windows when we did. They even saved the old interesting windows for us, and stored them in a safe place in the basement.

The reason I'm writing in is because he was so *fantastic* to deal with. He was up front and candid about different door options with other contractors and told us how to avoid high cost. Then he took a look at an old window that has been giving us problems. And he fixed it right on the spot, and didn't charge us. The upshot is that I absolutely recommend giving this company a call if you need to outfit your house with a number of windows. From this interaction, I would have very strong confidence in hiring his company. I can't say enough about how great he was.

I cannot say enough about this company from Jeff coming out for the estimate, to the guys who did the installation, to Donna in the office. Excellent product, product knowledge, and customer service. CALL THEM FIRST YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Jeff and his crew were extremely professional and responsive. The work was done when scheduled and finished when they said it would be. We are very happy with the workmanship and results.

We obtained several bids over 3 weeks for various brands of windows. ProWindows's responsiveness was outstanding; when we called their office, they reached the owner on the road and he was able to come by our home the same day. They aren't wedded to one brand, the sliding door we chose was a different brand than the windows. He carried all the information in his laptop to give us a firm quote (detailed printout included) before he left, as well as a confirming email. Our subsequent fine-tuning of the job description produced confirming emails in near real time. His quote was the best of several we obtained and he was able to meet our requirements with each product. His warranty was also best. Installation was scheduled 6 weeks out (could have been sooner, but we had other stuff going on). We received a confirming call and email a few days before then. The crew arrived at the time scheduled and finished their work within the two days' time estimate. They were careful and neat (drop cloths, vacuuming, etc.). They demonstrated the operation of the windows and made sure we were satisfied with each aspect of the job. They cleaned up thoroughly and carried off all the old stuff. We had a great experience with them from start to finish. Arty came out to give us an estimate, he was punctual and friendly. We were on a tight schedule to have the work done before we moved into the house, but they were able to squeeze us in despite bad weather hampering their efforts! The workmen were super, very friendly and efficient, and they left the house cleaner than when they came. We love our new windows and would recommend Pro windows without hesitation!

Very professional all the way around they set up the time, confirmed it, and kept me up-to-date when Jeff was running just a little bit late (about an hour).
