Description of Work: Jayson and his team installed a French drain and pump. Great work. Very little dust. Completed the work in a day and a half.

Description of Work: I contacted Jason, the owner, about redoing driveway drainage and constructing a new driveway. He does not do this work, but he immediately referred to someone who could do this work. He was exceptionally nice.

Description of Work: Drycrete did an excellent job. Finished the job one day ahead of schedule. The system has worked fine; no more water problems - tested with several heavy rain storms. I strongly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Attempted to contact vendor thru their web site, got automated reply that I would be called back within 72 hours. Did not.

Description of Work: "First of all ...the guys were so neat that just after one day I would recommend them highly" That was a phone text quote from my wife while I was at work and I have to agree. We are extremely satisfied with the work quality and level of professionalism demonstrated by the Dry Crete team. I've been involved with many contractors during my ownership of 3 homes and I would consider Jason (project manager) and the Dry Crete team at the top of my list to recommend. Even after the job was complete, and the team was "long gone" Jason continued to be responsive to my follow-up calls / questions and re-assured me that he would be available in the future if any additional questions came up. "Now that is great service /work ethic"

Description of Work: After initial phone call I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. I did get contacted 1 weeks later. An appointment was requested by the company for about 3 weeks later. 5 days before the appointment I was told because of business volume they would not service my area in southern NH and cancelled the appointment. Why did they waste my time?
