Russell and Jarrell ( Apologies if I spelled it wrong ) Were Friendly and professional at all times , Very knowledgeable. Did a great job , would definitely recommend Busy Dog for basements.

The project has not begun yet, however, based upon my direct contact via phone and in-person, the communication and customer service has been exemplary. I would highly recommend this company.

I would never recommend this company. They did the work and I paid it all. They finished it one day and by the next day there was water coming into the basement. I spoke to them today and they wanted more money to come back. I will not pay more money for this job. They said there was a guarantee but they will not honor it. This guarantee has a lifetime warranty and they gave me the paperwork to confirm that, yet they will not make the repairs.

I have been using Basement Technologies for many years. They are great. They installed my basement sump pump system and service it every year. My service man is Archie! Archie is awesome!! Very prompt and thorough , I like that I have Archie every visit as I get to know him and he knows the system. Basement Technologies is also in contact with me with phone calls and updates. I highly recommend this company, and Archie!!

Since the last major flood in the area Basement Technologies quickly Installed sump pump in basement and annually call us to book maintenance check. Our basement has been dry ever since.

I appreciate the contractor coming out but it literally took 10 phone calls to the rep. because she kept getting my information wrong. Then after he finally did the test I paid for the results and should have had them from what they told me in 5-7 days, I never received them. I had to make several more calls and I finally got them a month later. There was no apologies, explanations or empathy displayed for their lack of expediency nor the fact that they dropped the ball several times. I am highly disappointed in their customer service as well as professionalism.

The workers were great. Salesperson wasn't consistent about what was promised, but overall they did a great job.

Was told to wait 5-7 business days for results. Called on day 7 and was told a return call would be within 30 min. Got the same response with 3 follow up calls over the next two days. Finally got on the phone with the regional manager who read report and apologized for his subordinates failing so hugely. No full or partial refund was offered.

Our project was much more extensive than we originally thought. Everyone at BusyDog worked to make our situation right. Everyone was professional, courteous and helpful during our trying time. The cellar is dry and we are pleased that we hired BusyDog.

There has not been enough rain hard enough to produce any water leaks so can't evaluate the equipment and the process that was installed. Rating for value for money is based on the above comment and can't be determined until system tested by rain.

Basement Technologies did great putting our new pump! They were fast and efficient!

I had hired another company but continued to have basement water after their work. The estimator was very knowledgeable and knew in a minute what the problem was and recommended a solution. The project was started and completed on time and in budget. But the best part is no water in the basement since busydog completed the job!!!

Papa came to service my sump pump with backup battery. He was polite, professional, and communicative. I would recommend Busy Dog!

I've had their pumps in my basement for many years. Dave B came out today to do the annual maintenance and did a good job. He is a great communicator, explaining everything I needed to know.
