Quick, professional work. Our experience is that basement technologies equipment (pumps etc.) is first rate and that they are there when you need . The yearly inspection technicians have been efficient and take the time to explain everything in understandable terms.

Added 2 sump pumps to my basement. So far, so good.

The technician, Ed, who did the work was very professional and pleasant. He took his job very seriously. I am sure he did an excellent job. He called when he was going to be late. They had the best price for the work. My experience with the main office was a little frustrating as I frequently did not receive call backs as promised or kept informed about progress. I came home after work on a Friday, when I expected the job to be done, to find the air scrubbers still running without any explanation. When I called the office, it was closed, but they offered an emergency number. I did get a call back from Ed fairly quickly. He explained the work took longer than expected but that I could turn off the air scrubbers if I wanted (rather than leaving them running until Monday). I should not have had to chase anyone to find out what was going on -- and so many times. Other than communication with customers needing improvement I would recommend their services to others.

The test for mold was conducted with a filtered air sample and examined at a lab. Careful analysis took some time, but it was worth the results. There was no significant mold that required remediation. The professional was honest in not recommending unnecessary work. I am highly satisfied.

The installers came on time, did a great job! We had a curtain drain installed against the foundation and they took care to not harm the plantings. And, they cleaned up very well before they left. What more could you ask?? Arleen C

They installed a basement drainage system in my home. The technicians did a great job, cleaned up the work site when they finished and have maintained it for the last 5 years. I used to have water problems every spring but now my basement has been dry ever since the installation.
