Be very leery of this company. Their estimate is not what the job will cost. When the estimate more than doubled from the original quote, I cancelled the order . The person who gave me the original quote, refused to speak with me about the problem and hung up on me . I then asked for a refund of my deposit , I had to have Home Adviser contact the company and had to wait 5 weeks for my refund . During that time I was told 3 times that the refund check had been mailed ! It wasn't sent for over a month .

They were here at the appointed time. They did what they said they would do.

Right now I have an issue that they need to fix. Once they do then I can recommend them more.

They originally sold me the water trek aqua system. Because of the footings in the basement they ended up installing a baseboard system which they will also guarantee will not leak. They did drill out the area where I was having my leak. Their employees did an excellent job and worked for 2 days till 6 pm each day to get the job finished.

Be very careful. The sales person told me they would do "a, b, and c" and the people who came there said "No, we don't do a or b but we will do half of c." Just make sure you get everything in writing first.

Let me start with the only reason this company got a 0.5 is that this is the lowest number the sight would accept. They were very quick to come out and review the job then it was all downhill from there. The process time of waiting for them to come out and do the job was like watching a slug move. It was one excuse after the other. After close to 3 months they came out and power washed the concrete and didn't show up when I was told to fill the cracks and put the sealer on. That was it for me I then cancelled the job. Now I'm waiting for a partial refund of my deposit, which that was quick to take. If only their service were that quick, then I'd be writing a different review.

The company was very prompt in sending someone out to estimate the job. We signed up, but then we sold the house (which had been on the market when we got the estimate) and decided not to go ahead. We were beyond the 3 day window for rescinding the contract, but they agreed to send us back all but what they had incurred in costs so far. They are very honest and I am sure they would have done a very good job if we had gone ahead with the project.

They thoroughly cleaned, treated the mold and applied a spray deterrent. They also removed a huge amount of things that I wanted taken out of the basement and disposed of. I was very pleased with their help.

I like the quick turn around to get the project done.

Professional team did the work as planned and the garage looks great.

They kept at it until we were happy. They came, did the job, but it didn't look like what were told -- we called the salesman back, and he agreed. They came a second time, we STILL weren't happy. So they came yet a THIRD time, and all was good. I was impressed at their willingness to make sure we liked the finished job

Excellent work, however I’m a perfectionist and it could have been a bit more buttoned up. The floor grate for the sump pump could have been square to the wall as well as the plastic retaining barriers. The workers were hard working professionals and I would nefinitely reccomend them. I did not enjoy the sales pitch however. It was like dealing with a used car salesman. After I was reluctant to sign at first they called their “manager” and knocked the price down $2,000.

Their system works, no more water in our basement! Not pushy at all, no pressure sales. I would definitely recommend!

They came when promised, did the work as agreed, did not cut corners and took their time.

The installer was pleasant, explained everything and was meticulous about cleaning up.

The crew was very efficient, friendly, did an excellent job and finished in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything before they left.

They were quick and respectful of our property; most imoportantly their fix works.

He didn't explain everything, just tried to make the sale. The customer service was terrible, I wanted to cancel the next day and they would not do it. I got the manager and he was arguing with me. Still waiting on the resolution.
