His crew is very experienced with the products and the installation process. Every concern we had was immediately addressed and we are so happy with the way our project has turned out. We installed the turf in a high traffic pool and play area of the hotel courtyard. The install crew was very professional. they worked quickly and did very high quality job. Upon our inspection of the work , we found absolutely no issues that need to be corrected. Our guests are amazed at the transformation of the area. The turf surface is very comfortable to walk on in bare feet and much cleaner than natural grass and topsoil. We will no longer need to consume water trying to maintain natural grass this large (13k SF) area . Our customers look for us to operate our business in an environmentally sensitive way, and they will appreciate this reduction of our water usage at this cape Cod property.

From management down to work crews, by far they past my expectations. I had three other company bid for a very difficult job. I have a feng shui. Garden that was around 4,000 sq ft or more of space. Grass365 was not the cheapest, Turf was great quality They had incredible reviews and lots of experience. As the old saying says, you pay for what you get and I was not taking any chances. The job came out fantastic. On the long run, the savings in landscaping/ water/ sprinkler maintenance, this job will pay it self in three years, itâ s all cruising after that! You canâ t go wrong with this outfit!

We’ve been duped in the past by shady turf companies but Jeff and his team are the real deal! Our project came out beautifully and if we ever need any more turf installed, Jeff will be our guy.

I still canâ t believe I got this small project done by such a professional company and crew. I was embarrassed of requesting a quote because I felt the job was too small but Jeffrey the companyâ s owner came to my house and literally said â no job is too smallâ . I truly appreciated his effort and his communication was extraordinary as we waited for a little warmer weather to start job. His crew came the scheduled day and responded to every question I had and did a great job transforming a muddy mess to a small but useful space for my dogs to run and enjoy. Jeffrey and his crew were great to work with. A happy and efficient crew showed up at our home and were an absolute pleasure to have on site throughout our project. They truly love what they do and it was a lot of fun to watch them work and interact with eachother all the while providing a great product and flawless and professional install. They were cheerful, respectful and even nice to my dogs who they were installing the turf for. They came in under budget, finished exactly on time and communicated with us the whole way through. Jeffrey was easily accessible, answered texts or calls right away and has followed up with us after install to insure we are loving our new space. We had worked with another turf company in the past and they tried to overcharge us for their mistakes, they were rude, short with us and acted like they were doing us a favor by doing the job. And the quality of the turf was so poor it did not last, hence where Jeffrey and his crew came in to replace with beautiful turf. We may end up doing the front yard now and will definitely call Intelliturf back to do that job.

On time and on budget

Awesome crew! Awesome product! Jeff personally oversaw the whole job and they were in and out in a day! Very professional and cleaned up the entire mess before leaving! Turf looks terrific and has really upgraded the look of the patio it now surrounds! Definitely will be hiring them back to finish up the rest of yard when the time comes.

Jeff’s crew did an excellent job, completed on time. They were prompt, respectful, and friendly. Most importantly, the synthetic grass looks great.

Worked with Jeff over the past three years to get artificial turf installed at my house in Boston. Due to my home situation and layout, it was a more difficult job and albeit more expensive than I originally thought. Jeff was more than happy to come out each time I requested an updated quote and was extremely helpful during my planning / budgeting process. He is clearly one of the best in the turf game and made me feel much more comfortable investing in a turf backyard. His communication was great and kept me updated on the scheduling process. I tried Sod for my yard twice but my German Shepard killed it. I figured I give this a try and it has been two weeks so far and I feel it is one of the best things I have done. Yard looks great and the crew that put it in did an awesome job. They did a lot of work to level out the yard and to secure the turf down. Anyone is welcome to come and check this out in Lowell Ma. We were extremely pleased with the customer service. We were able to get an installation date within a week of deposit, and the finished product is fantastic. The whole neighbor hood has come to see the turf!
