+ -1 moreI should have known this was going to go poorly when he took the notes on what we agreed on as deliverables with him when he left. Without a written service agreement, this guy continued to drop and "forget" items he owed me until I gave up. After 2 months without delivery I terminated our agreement via email, only to be served with a summons for small claims court. Imagine my surprise when I arrived in court to find another party there who he was pulling the same scam on. Do not engage this provider, he is unprofessional at best and a scam artist if when can get away with it.
Description of Work: Engaged to provide plans for a home renovation including all property assessment and permit applications
