Description of Work: They arrived on time and cleaned very well. However, they broke the lock on my bathroom door handle and didn't tell me and they took or threw out my toilet wand. I store it in the trash bucket so maybe they thought it was trash but they should have a least asked me. The price I paid through Groupon was fair but the price they quoted for a bi-weekly or monthly cleaning seemed higher than I would be willing to pay.

Description of Work: Booked 6hrs of cleaning through an angie's list deal. | |Agreed to a date about a month up. Two people showed up that morning, got right to cleaning and worked steady for about three hours. | |Everything they cleaned was done nicely. 6hrs (or 3hrs x 2 people) was not long enough for a deep clean. | |We did have to supply garbage bags and paper towels. Glad we had extras of these on hand. | |Overall, very nice experience. Just wish the house stayed clean!

Description of Work: "There is no rating due to the following reason. Soon after I made the coupon purchase on Sep 9 from Angie's list by telephone(coupon code Houseclean-2267908-1), I contacted Chris the provider. Chris made an appointment to come on Saturday Sep 12 around 1:30 pm. I rushed from work and waited for him. He did not show up or give us a call. Around 2:25 pm I text him to know if he was still planning to come that day. He then came around 3:30 pm and said he would look at his schedule and let me know if he could come on Monday or Tuesday. I did not hear from him and so I text him again on Sep 15 to find out when he was coming for the services. He text back saying he was busy and sorry he could not make it that week and added that he will let me know when he has time. I am still waiting to hear from him."
