We are just kind of getting to know them. We have only had them for about a month. They have been one time. We have had some issues but they have addressed them fairly well. I think there is a language barrier that is a problem because they have people who are mainly Brazilian or Portuguese. If you have to tell them anything you have to call and tell Chris who is the main supervisor. He speaks English well but you can't just talk to the ladies who are here. It is a work in progress. They come here every other Monday. Their price is very, very reasonable. They only do the top floor of our relatively small house. I did not expect for language to be a barrier. There is a little issue with time. I think their conception of when they can show up is a little bit different than mine. While they have never not shown up they have at times come considerably early. If they are going to be late they don't call or anything. I think that is an issue with them. They always show up at reasonable times.

I had an okay experience with them. It wasn't bad and it wasn't great. There was not much attention to detail. When you hire a someone to come clean your house, you expect that there's going to be more attention and that they want to impress you on the first time and do a real good, thorough cleaning, but that wasn't true here.

Prompt, efficient and friendly service in a judgment free way. I was a bit apprehensive about having someone clean my house while I ran around with my kids, but Sara Cleaning did an amazing job, they wanted to go the extra mile. I'd hire them again.

Started off as a Big Deal purchase. First cleaning was satisfactory though as others mentioned they did leave a lot of things out of place. They also did a poor job cleaning granite counter tops. Still we did rehire them 2X times. Second time I requested a specific date and was told no problem. A couple days before appt he tells me that day is booked and asks to come another day. I was able to change my work schedule to accommodate this but was not happy about the last minute change. As for the actual cleaning they failed to clean bathroom mirrors. Additionally the cleaner actually locked himself out of my house so I had to give him access to my spare key. Third time we made sure to leave plenty of cleaning supplies out to ensure they were using appropriate supplies and would not miss anything. They still did a poor job on granite counter tops but worst of all they actually took two of the cleaning supplies we had left out. I messaged the owner to express my frustration. One product was returned 4 days later, the other I'm going to chalk up as a loss. While they are relatively inexpensive I think the saying "You get what you pay for" definitely applies here.

This is a $99 big deal purchase. It was him and another person. It was good for the money I paid I got the house clean, but I probably would not call them back again because it was tough to get them on the phone to schedule. Once they did get out to clean it everything was fine. When I originally paid for the service two or three days went by and I never heard from them. I called Angie's List back and they finally got in touch with him and made him to call me. Then we scheduled a date after he called but he called me the night before and said he could not be there so we had to schedule for another day. It was too much of a hassle. I am not disputing the price. The price was great and they did decent job, but getting in touch with him and pinning him down on a date was too hard for me. The house came out real good; it was real clean. They could be a better company in the future by giving better customer service including a better turn around time in responding to the customer. He was very professional.

Cris was very professional and easy to work with. They did a thorough job and I would hire them again. If you don't get the first spot you ask for be patient, he is reliable and will find time for you as soon as he can.

They were very professional and generally good. I guess my expectations we're that all would be done perfectly. The attention to detail, particularly in dusting was not up to exceptions. Nonetheless, for general cleaning they ere good

It went fine. They were there right on time. They were exactly when they said they would be. There were additional costs. There regular price is comparable to others. There were some things they may have missed. I would not use them in the future because I found somebody else. It would have been better if they would have been more thorough. The workers were fine, polite and courteous.

Scheduled for the morning of the 14th; they were en route to Manchester when I called them, they said they had to come in the afternoon. In all fairness, our phone had been disconnected (we were moving) and they had no other number to call to clear the change in time. I had no problem with their coming in the afternoon, luckily. They arrived, were gracious, did a good-excellent job ( gave a B because the master bath tub wasn't cleaned thoroughly, I had to go over it again) and some shelving wasn't wiped clean. Otherwise things were great. They did a beautiful job cleaning the refrigerator and the rest of the house was well done. Not sure it's a good neighborhood share review because these folks travelled a long way to get to the house; they are not located near enough to Gloucester to make it easy for either them or the client for them to come on a regular basis. If they were local and if I were not moving I would certainly hire them again.

Chris and his crew worked very hard and did quite a bit of cleaning for the time they were here. Chris was professional, prompt and thorough. Will use again in the future for sure.

Overall the cleaning was good but I noticed moving of furniture damaged my hardwood floors that I had to have fixed. Nothing was ever mentioned about damaging them. Also during cleaning a mirror came off the supporting post nothing was said about that either until it almost fell and broke. Also asked if services could be done over a weekend I did not receive a response until Sunday night saying they come Monday when we were supposed to get another large amount of snow. God forbid they tried going through yet another blizzard and they got injured coming here to provide a service. The cleaning itself is fine, but inflexible schedule for a working person and lack of communication.

The cleaning is professional and timely. when they leave my house is smiling. I have 31/2 bathrooms -that are sparkling when they leave. any extras you want done -just let them know.
