We are just kind of getting to know them. We have only had them for about a month. They have been one time. We have had some issues but they have addressed them fairly well. I think there is a language barrier that is a problem because they have people who are mainly Brazilian or Portuguese. If you have to tell them anything you have to call and tell Chris who is the main supervisor. He speaks English well but you can't just talk to the ladies who are here. It is a work in progress. They come here every other Monday. Their price is very, very reasonable. They only do the top floor of our relatively small house. I did not expect for language to be a barrier. There is a little issue with time. I think their conception of when they can show up is a little bit different than mine. While they have never not shown up they have at times come considerably early. If they are going to be late they don't call or anything. I think that is an issue with them. They always show up at reasonable times.
Second time I requested a specific date and was told no problem. A couple days before appt he tells me that day is booked and asks to come another day. I was able to change my work schedule to accommodate this but was not happy about the last minute change. As for the actual cleaning they failed to clean bathroom mirrors. Additionally the cleaner actually locked himself out of my house so I had to give him access to my spare key.
Third time we made sure to leave plenty of cleaning supplies out to ensure they were using appropriate supplies and would not miss anything. They still did a poor job on granite counter tops but worst of all they actually took two of the cleaning supplies we had left out. I messaged the owner to express my frustration. One product was returned 4 days later, the other I'm going to chalk up as a loss.
While they are relatively inexpensive I think the saying "You get what you pay for" definitely applies here.
This is a $99 big deal purchase. It was him and another person. It was good for the money I paid I got the house clean, but I probably would not call them back again because it was tough to get them on the phone to schedule. Once they did get out to clean it everything was fine. When I originally paid for the service two or three days went by and I never heard from them. I called Angie's List back and they finally got in touch with him and made him to call me. Then we scheduled a date after he called but he called me the night before and said he could not be there so we had to schedule for another day. It was too much of a hassle. I am not disputing the price. The price was great and they did decent job, but getting in touch with him and pinning him down on a date was too hard for me. The house came out real good; it was real clean. They could be a better company in the future by giving better customer service including a better turn around time in responding to the customer. He was very professional.
